Description of Work: Four Bay Windows were purchased & installed by this company 2 years ago. Now,1 of them is leaking and after paying an original bill of around $15,000 I was charged $99 trip charge for them to fix a defective problem. I would not advise anyone to do business with this company. Once they have your money in hand or, even just your name on a contract, they do not seem to have any concern about your opinion or concerns.

Description of Work: I needed an estimate to remove a window A/C unit and replace the space with a window. The rep explained that what I wanted to do wasn't really possible without replacing the entire window. He took the time to explain what their company did and what they could do for me. Knowing that I didn't want to replace my windows, he recommended that I contact a glass company to possibly install a custom piece of glass into the existing frame. No pressure at all and he gave me a possible solution for what I wanted to do. Excellent customer service and excellent information provided.

Description of Work: The installation went well (took 2 days) and the windows all looked great and functioned as expected. We did ask them to come back out and help resolve the "stickiness" of the new back door they installed, and someone came out in a very timely manner and took care of the issue, no problem. The only thing that bothered me after all was said and done was that some of the benefits of replacing the windows didn't meet my expectations. I expected more outside noise reduction (our house backs to a main road) as well as heat reduction (the sales associate gave us a "demo" of how Champion windows would reduce the heat coming from outside on hot days). Perhaps my expectations were too high, so I really can't fault them for that.

Description of Work: Replaced windows on back of house. They did a great job!!! However, one window arrived broken. They did not argue at all about replacement. However, it took another month (after initial wait for windows of 2 months for arrival of the windows) before the broken one was replaced, and scheduling that required me to become very firm with the scheduler, who initially said it would take another 6 weeks after the replacement arrived before it could be placed. (The broken window was in with blue tape holding it together.)
