I've been looking to get new windows and a slider for a while now. Finally decided to get it done before fall and gave Champion Windows a call. "Luke" our factory rep was here on time and very professional. Followed all social distancing rules. Halfway through Luke's product demonstration and sales pitch, I was ready to write the check. There product is amazing and and very affordable. They have a great limited lifetime warranty that is even transferable if you decide to sell your home later on down the road. I can't wait to not have drafts in my home this winter and will definitely be cooler next summer. If you need windows. Make Champion your first call. You won't regret it.

Let's do it! Today, we chose "Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Seattle" over their major competitors. We believe the value and the services promised will be the best fit for our home renovation needs. My wife and I were really happy with our sales representative "Greg." His willingness to take the time (overtime) to make sure we reviewed all options to satisfy our "scenarios" comfortably. We look forward to the upcoming stages of our project. The price is right and based on input from some friends who worked with the Champion team in the past, we are confident future posts will be positive even in these trying times (yes, he was conscientious about wearing his mask, following social guidelines and making sure we minimized any contact during the 4 hour presentation).

It went great Ryan Dowell was the representative for Champion, he was professional, personable, knowledgable, an all around nice guy. He did a great job for us and we look forward to our new windows. Thats why just good right now, hoping to bump it up to great after install day.

8 months to finish install, Bad install, Bad service, Bad techs, and overall terrible product. I should have kept my aluminum doors and windows. Completely worthless company and I would not recommend for anyone Worst experience working with any company. Cannot overstate how bad they are. During install I went to check my bedroom window and I could see the bow at the bottom of the window, window wouldn't even lock because is was so crooked (they were going to leave it like this). From terrible installs, to 8 different follow up visits to fix the same issue. All techs were fine with my back door being so hard to open that I being a 240 lb guy had to jerk it open. I told them this was unacceptable and I want the door removed and refunded. That is the only reason they finally came out and actually shaved the door down to make it fit the frame. My door was bowed 1/4 inch in the middle, didn't even have a seal and their professional installers are fine with that. I called this company at least 20 times and leaving messages without anyone even answering the phone. Seattle location will not answer their phone or call you back. I had to contact my sales guy every time to get a hold of these people. I even called the corporate office and got no response. Save yourself the headache and go with a different vendor, plenty more out there, let my pain teach you to stay away from these people. They will not answer or return a call.

It went great. Company presented great information. Unfortunately just out of our budget.

It took 4 months to finish the job. They didn't even had the materials to begin with. I spent over $10,000 and got a rotten service. I thought I was getting a reputable company. I am very unhappy with them. I got no satisfaction. I will never use them again nor recommend them.

The first time was terrible work, but after 6 weeks they came in and did everything to fix the work. They did a great job on the second time and their pricing was very reasonable.

Once the windows arrived from Ohio where they are built, things went well.

Best in the industry and certainly my expectations were met from negotiating to completion of the job! Greg did an amazing job in helping us make a better decision in why it was important to replace, as well as working with us when it came to affordability. Couldn't have been happier with this well worth investment to our house. Thanks guys!!!!

So,i was really not expecting to agree to buy 8 windows, one patio door, and 3doors the same day that I got a quote. But after seeing the product, and working with the fantastic reps you guys sent our way, I didn't see any reason not to. You are all aware, I'm sure, that replacing all of those things would be both a monumental undertaking, and a costly endeavor to do on my own. But then, Champion swooped in and offered to custom make(and install) my doors and windows with a quality product that would have cost me four times as much to purchase, not even accounting for labor and clean up. I have found the representatives to be courteous to my family and me, and respectful of our home and budget. There was no pressure to buy everything, and I felt very assured that this was the right decision.

The work was sloppy and half-assed. Patio door: - It took 4 attempts to install the lock correctly. It still doesn't work right and feels creaky and crunchy when I turn the mechanism. - Caulk was smeared in several spots on the patio. The caulking job around the patio door was sloppy and left holes in places. Bathroom window: - The window was not installed level! Installer tried to pass it off like the frame of the house wasn't level, but that's nonsense. - The interior seal wasn't caulked. Even after it was pointed out, the installer still only caulked the sides and the top - I had to caulk the bottom seal myself. Entry door: - The threshold is warped and bent. - The paint around the door knob and deadbolt started chipping the moment the installers left. - The deadbolt wouldn't fit snuggly into the opening, so the opening had to be ground out. It now looks like it's been gnawed at by beavers. Responsiveness and communication was terrible. I repeatedly had to wait for over a week to hear back from anybody, and often had to call and call again to get a response. Sometimes it felt like nobody knew what was going on there. First, I was supposed to get a whole new sash for the patio door to fix the lock, then I was supposed to get a sash from another project, but in the end I got no new sash but rather another lame attempt at a fix. This project cost me nearly $10,000 and the refund they offered me was $150. I talked them up to $300, which is still ridiculous, if you ask me. With projects like this, it's all about the little details. I want the patio lock to feel smooth and solid. I shouldn't have to look at a crooked bathroom window. The entry door threshold should not be warped and bent, and the paint shouldn't chip on the day of the install. There shouldn't be any smears of caulk all over my patio. These are things I'm going to have to deal with for the life of this house, but Champion doesn't really seem to give a crap. They've got their money, so what do they care about the shoddy, sloppy work they did, right? I would never hire them again, and I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

A smooth transaction and good service. With add ons the cost was more than expected but overall I am happy with the result.

The sales presentation was friendly and thorough, answering all questions. The sales rep was not pushy. The cost was reasonable. We really liked the quality presented and promised. The scheduling was easy to follow, communication was helpful and happened exactly as they stated. The installation team was on time, worked quickly and left the new equipment and the rest of our home in good shape. We're pleased with Champion and will use them again in the future.

If you need new windows- I would not recommend Champion Windows. Our experience was miserable. They use 3rd party installers and it's a complete crapshoot if the crew you get has any experience or knowledge about the process. They damaged our siding, installed windows into the incorrect opening because they couldn't tell the difference between tempered and regular glass. They pushed the windows too far in, pushing the trim off the wall by 2 inches. The original install date for our windows was 11/7 and they did not fix all of the damage/mistakes until 1/26. The most frustrating part was that they never once initiated the work to fix our issues. It took me countless phone calls and 5 separate appointments over 2.5 months to get things done properly. A miserable experience I never want to repeat or wish for anyone to go through.

Scheduling an appointment for an estimate is easy and convenient on-line, and we actually got an appointment date within 2 days of scheduling. A sales consultant showed up on-time. While we felt that he is very assertive, he has done a good job in being professional. What we find as a plus for Champion is the company is both the manufacturer and installer of windows. However, their price point for the option that targets noise reduction is higher than other bids by more than 10% (however, we can't say that we compare like-like cause the window option is not exactly the same). At the end, we decide to go with another bid. The manager has called to follow up and getting feedback about his sales consultant, as well as politely asking the reason we did not choose their service. I would think of them for future projects.

We had used Champion to replace an old window with a sliding door a number of years ago, so when we decided it was time to replace the two biggest windows in our house they were the first ones on our list. In fact they were the only one on our list. Our last window purchase went so well we saw no reason to shop around. If they could do as good a job with our current window needs we knew we would be happy. When I say “job” I am not just talking about the finished product. For me it was the total experience that sold me on Champion before and again. Making the appointment for the initial estimate was a few clicks on their website. The salesman was prompt and very professional. He worked with us showing us all of the options so that we could get exactly what we wanted. After he left Champion kept us updated on the progress of building our windows. The install day went very smoothly. Their crew got the windows installed, cleaned up the mess and haled off the old windows all with minimal interruption to me and my family. Of course the final product is great. They look wonderful, keep my house warm and operate very smoothly. I am sure the next time we need windows install we will be looking to Champion to do another great job.

It was great. We referred them to our neighbors and they used them as well. They were very professional and quality work. They sent in two workers and they cleaned up after themselves.

They did all the siding and windows on a smaller home duplex. We had to do all the detail work by ourselves. They were not able to communicate. They actually didn't finish. They blamed each other for poor workmanship. It wasn't a complete rip off. They did most of the work in a period of a week. They said it would be a day. It ended up being a week and really isn't finished for a month and a half. Communication was poor. The windows guys said the siding guys would fix it. The siding guys said no we can't fix it, you gotta get the windows guys to fix it. The windows guys comes back and says no the sidings off. My wife and I fixed it.

So they had to do drywall work and they left it unfinished. So I have to do a lot of sanding and putting putty up myself that I didn't think I was gonna have to do. I bet there's no other window company that would have left it like that. They pointed to where it was in the contract saying that that's what it was gonna be like but the wording was so vague it did not correlate. They said we told you that we were only going to do one coat of putty or whatever and I'm like I didn't think it was gonna look like an unfinished job. They basically told me I would be responsible for painting. They said I would just have to paint when they were done and that's not true. They did charge me the full amount because according to them it was in the contract that way so they performed to their contract. It's just the fact that I should have pushed for there to be more. I had like 3 things done but this one window was specifically the issue. In total the cost was a few thousand. On pricing they're way over although their quality supposedly warrants it. I won't drop them all the way to the bottom. On quality they did a good job on the other ones. They actually did a really good job saving the trim and stuff when they had to replace the one on the door frame. On responsiveness, I'm trying to remember everything. Oh, I forgot! And, they came and they weren't prepared with something so they had to come back on a different day and then the guy that came back said that the first guy should have had the tool on his truck to begin with so it shouldn't have taken me 2 times of having to be home waiting for them. I don't know what category that would fall under.

There was an issue with one of the windows but the installer ordered the new window and set up the new appointment which also went very smoothly. We love the windows and doors. They are very efficient at keeping the house cooler in summer and warmer in winter. And they look very nice.

Really well. We ultimately compared two vendors and the difference between them was striking. Champion had far superior service and explained the different glass options using samples of the glass and a heat lamp to showcase their product. The salesman was also, simply put, a genuinely nice guy who made sure he answered all our questions and made it a very pleasant experience. The product delivered on time and was installed without a problem. Even needing to order a picture window that was less than an inch from their max size didn't move out the timeline much at all and that was all discussed and agreed to during the ordering process.
