Work performed was exactly as described in sales call and detailed engineering follow up. Once order was placed and engineering work completed, interval to installation was consistent with range provided. Champion provided flexibility date for installation. Crew on site provided high quality workmanship, consulted with us on a couple of minor questions, did a thorough job of site clean up, and went through the operation of the windows. Crew was very efficient, and had the job completed within 3 hours total.

Scheduling was an issue initially due to my job, but they were accomodating & able to coordinate a date that worked eventually. They replaced one large picture window & one sliding window that were 27 years old in my bedroom. I was quite impressed with the efficiency, quality of product, & workmanship. Champion windows are better than the windows I already installed 5 years ago. The workers cleaned up afterwards. My room is warmer now with noise reduction, & I am very happy. Will definitely use them again if needed.

The whole process was pretty painless. We received 4 bids. Champion wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. The sales representative was pleasant and informative, the sizing was exact and the installers were pretty impressive! We especially love our new garden window! Their attention to detail on the install was great and the cleanup was thorough. Cleaner than when they started! I would recommend Champion to anyone wanting new windows.

I need to pls. get a refund for 4 coupons I purchased for window replacements. When the co. rep. came out, the overall estimate way exceeded what is customary and appropriate. We will consequently not be using this vendor.

According to the big deal it was supposed to be $25 for $250 Worth of Comfort 365 Window Products. Nowhere it was specified that it wouldn't cover glass sections. However, they changed their story when the representative (Andy) showed up. He said since it wasn't the whole window replacement they wouldn't honor the coupon. They gave an estimate of over $600. for the glass replacement and said we don't like to do this kind of work try calling someone else, this is too small for us!! For a big company they sure know how to respond to potential customers! UPDATE: I had a call from Jim Marowitz. The coupon didn't specified exactly what I had read. It was a communication error between the corporate office and the service provider. I am pleased and impressed because of the customer service. They obviously care about their customer so I am changing my review.

The estimate was very professional and I didn't have any issues with the company or the estimate. Everything was very legitimate, however the price to replace the windows was too expensive for me personally. I would not hesitate to consider using them again or recommending them for window work.

the sub contractors came out to install my windows, they were very good, covered every thing in the work area to keep saw dust off my property,they worked strait thru 2 days in a row to finish my install, all caulking was very well done, cleaned up . very tidy guys, they were from russia and had a very funny personality to them, a good thing , they were a joy to have in the house

Champion windows prices are comparable to other companies that bid for us . Being the manufacturer and installer is a big plus here, especially if you need warranty service, a warranty which they say covers accidental breakage and free screen replacement. The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, vinyl windows, with limited color options and wide frames didn't work for the look of our home.

They were not cheap. They did a demonstration to why they felt that their product was superior. It was a good presentation and the person seemed to know what they were talking about. They were trust worthy and professional. The job they ended up doing, which was done in a timely fashion and was punctual, was as good as I could expect. They did a better with these windows, than the ones I have had done in the past. Taking the old ones out and getting the new ones in as close to perfect as you can get. They did a reasonably good job and I have no complaints. We are happy with the windows and the performance of the windows so far. I cannot complain. The price was a little high; again, you do get what you pay for. They had a good reputation and the quality of the company, we selected them and we are satisfied with the work. They did as good of a job as anyone could have done as far as I am concerned. If I have to it again I would use them.

The job went as above with some minor problems and the window themselves look and work great! The windows are very nice and keep the drafts out and noise from the street. The contractors were very nice and professional and were very good and the windows are worth the money. The sales staff (Lyman and Jim) work with you to get the best window for your home. They were able to find a oak garden window that looks great and it looks like it was made for our home. They were able to cut out a double window and install a sliding glass door were many other contractors were unable to do so.

The 2 guys from Champion came out on time, protected everything but the door. Took a little over 3 hours. Cleaned up after themselves, put everything back the way it was (had a section of plywood on my dog ramp they had to take off to put the trim on and they put it back better than before). This door is well built, solid, does not stick, no water gets in the track, does not leak any place. It is little heavier than the old door but is well balance and slide easily.

As stated above, we've only just begun this process. Judgement about the product cannot be made at this time. People we dealt with were prompt, and respectful. The windows are expected to be installed in about 6 weeks. At that time I will be able to give an opinion regarding service and product. Thank you for the information about providers. Everyone was very punctual and professional. We were having a second-story membrane deck replaced shortly before the window installation and Champion was great about working with our deck installer by giving him the specs to rough out the area for the new sliding doors so that Champion wouldn't have to cut the new vinyl (thus breaching the new deck). The project manager had some great suggestions and we changed a few things on his advice. Most of the windows were installed as scheduled in two days, with the sliders installed a week or so later. A small window in the back of the house was delayed and will go in tomorrow. In general, Champion did exactly what they said they would do and when they would do it. The minor scheduling issues with the sliders and the final window are de minimis in a project this large. We are really pleased with the work and the product.

I really liked their rep that came out, seemed very knowledgeable and straightforward. Main reason I did not go with them was that their slider door was an average slider, and the company I'm going with had a style I liked better. Had someone call (not once but twice) to see how I liked my experience with the bid.

They were amazing! Between ordering and installing we began a sunroom addition with another company and champion worked to accommodate our new requirements. Their service, promptness, cheerfulness, was unsurpassed! The windows are wonderful!

Overall the process went without a hitch from sales to installation.

Installers were perfect, had a slight glitch. The manager worked with me and fixed the problem quickly. Very dependable company and the windows are wonderful. I can even clean the outside from the inside.

The Champion crew that installed our windows was friendly, professional, and proficient. They expertly (and quickly) installed 19 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and a new pre-hung front door in 2 days. They took the time to cover EVERYTHING in the rooms with plastic and didn't say a word about the things we forgot to get out of their way. They took the time to make sure we were happy with the installation, and the product. They were flexible when we needed certain rooms done first or when certain windows gave them more trouble than others. They had estimated that the job would take 2 days, and stayed late on the 2nd day to make sure the job was completed. We could not be more happy with the products and service!

A crew of installers were very polite, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Installation was fast and efficient. Clean up after the job was excellent. A job well done and I am happy with my new windows and doors.

Rep came out to give cost estimate, very professional. Crew arrived, pulled out old windows replace with double pane windows. Cleaned up. Very professional crew.Will use Champion again.

This went very well! They had competitive prices and were always on time with their service. They had very friendly customer service, I would highly recommend them to others!

We had previously had Penguin Windows replace one of our sliding glass doors, and West Coast Vinyl replaced the other, and while we were satisfied with both of those services, we suffered from sticker shock on Penguin's door and were dissatisfied with the sales experience of WCV (especially after one of their salespeople tried to convince us that they'd install gutters from a company they did not contract with). I called Champion in part due to their radio commercials, in which they say they don't get into the haggling and hard-sell games that other companies do. While our salesperson ended up doing the usual demo and "Here's why we're better than our competition" sell, and we did have a period of hard negotiation, we were satisfied with the price we got for the job, and we felt that the information he gave us was sound. (Among other things, he pointed to WCV's rating with the BBB, which I had already looked up prior to our meeting, and the data matched.) Champion was prompt in building and delivering our windows, they performed a top-notch job installing them, they had the job done in just one day. Our salesperson had convinced us to go with "borderless" windows for the two main picture windows in our bays, but once they were in, we decided we didn't like the look and wanted to change them to use a craftsman-style border. Champion was very nice about this and offered to replace those windows for a reasonable price, which we happily agreed to. Since then, we've been VERY happy with our new windows.
