They are helpful in the store and the installers were really really great. They are clean; they came in and took up all the old tack strip that couldn’t be saved, and put the new one down. They were very polite and professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We felt it was time to replace our worn out 11 year old berber carpet so we went to Great Floors to get an idea of what we wanted and what it would cost. Stuart met with us and after listening to our wants and needs, he took us over to a brand and style of carpet that he thought best fit with our needs. He explained that the carpet was a "green" carpet and was durable and easy to clean. The price was reasonable and there were many colors to choose from. He allowed us to take several color choices home to help us decide which color we wanted. We made a return trip several days later to try a couple more colors. When we decided what color we wanted and when we wanted to have the installation, we met with Stuart again and he went through all of the costs and installation details. Stuart called a couple of days before installation to ensure that everything was still on track. On the day of installation, a three person team arrived on time to do the work. The installation team spoke very little English, but were able to communicate well with each other and with us. They were polite and worked quickly. They were done early with the rooms they had planned to carpet on the first day and offered to do one more room if we were willing to move the furniture. The next day the installation team again arrived punctually and got right to work. We were very happy with their work, and as they completed the rooms I began to vacuum them. I'm not sure if they would have cleaned each room after they completed the installation, but I was so happy to have the new carpet installed that I didn't mind vacuuming each room as it was completed. We are very happy both with the carpet Stuart helped us to choose and with the whole installation process. We would recommend Great Floors to anyone looking for new carpeting.

They were very good. They actually did not have what I was looking for, but they found it and offered it to me at 10 dollars a yard and less than the other place. It was a good experience. They have their own installers too.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN THE STORE AND SUGGESTED LOOKING AT REMNANTS TO SAVE ON THE COST AS THE ROOM WAS SMALL. THAT IS WHAT WE PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED BY A VERY COURTEOUS TEAM OF 2 INSTALLERS WHEN WE REQUESTED IT IN THE TIME FRAME OF REMODELING THE REST OF THE ROOM. VERY GOOD!

THE FLOORING IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY EASY TO TAKE CARE OF. HOWEVER, WE HAD ONE DISASTER AFTER ANOTHER TO GET IT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. THE SUBCONTRACTOR THAT CARPET EXCHANGE SENT TO INSTALL, DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THE CAME TWICE TO TRY AND REPAIR THE MESS. THE LAST INSTALLER FROM THAT SUBCONTRACTOR WAS RUDE AND SAID HE WOULDN'T COME BACK OUT. CARPET EXCHANGE SENT OUT A DIFFERENT INSTALLER THAT HAD TO TEAR IT ALL UP AND INSTALL ALL NEW FLOORING, CORRECTLY THIS TIME. WE HAD A MESS FOR 6 WEEKS. OUR BIGGEST FRUSTRATION WAS THAT WE WANTED THE MANAGER TO COME AND SEE FOR HIMSELF WHAT A MESS IT WAS. AFTER THE LAST INSTALLER CAME AND REPORTED HOW IT HAD BEEN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, THE MANAGER WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND SENT US A LETTER OFFERING US A NICE DISCOUNT IN THE FUTURE. HE ALSO TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD NEVER AGAIN USE THE FIRST INSTALLING COMPANY.

PLEASED WITH EXPERIENCE. WENT TO STORE AND PICKED OUT THE NEW CARPET. ONE WEEK LATER INSTALLER CAME TO MY HOUSE, PULLED OLD CARPET, INSTALLED NEW CARPET AND PAD, AND DISPOSED OF THE OLD CARPET AND PAD. DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND PROFESSIONAL.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF CARPETS. THE PILE WAS VERY GOOD. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL. EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL.

THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT AND QUICKLY INSTALLED THE CARPET. THEY ACCOMODATED OUR REQUESTS TO WORK SIDE BY SIDE WITH THEM SO WE COULD INSTALL SOME LOW VOLTAGE DC WIRES UNDER THE CARPET PAD.

ERICA LASCHON WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND HELPED MY WIFE DECIDE ON THE PROPER TYPE OF CARPET CONSIDERING WE HAVE KIDS AND PETS. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT AND THEIR TEAM OF INSTALLERS WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.

ERICA LASCHON WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY WIFE TO PICK OUT THE BEST STYLE OF TILE CONSIDERING THE HEAVY DOG TRAFFIC THAT WE EXPECTED. THE SELECTION WAS JUST GREAT AND ALTHOUGH THE TILE HAD TO BE ORDERED IN, IT ONLY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO ARRIVE.
