Matt the installer was very professional, he worked efficiently and was completed in the time estimated. The products we purchased were exactly as described.

Demo started and carpenter. Ants were found. Exterminator came and treated and sub floor repairs were made by another company. Then Jeremiah came back and completed the install, on a later date (1-11-17). Final product is amazing!

It went very well right from the start. The man who came to give us a price was on time, told me everything up front & brought samples for me to look at. We made arrangements for their plumber to come & do the work. Jake, the plumber, was on time & was very personable. He covered our floors so that he didn't track anything in while working. He removed the old equipment & installed the new shower. And he cleaned up after himself indoors & out when he was through. He had our water turned off for a very minimal amount of time. The shower is exactly what we wanted & we could not be happier with this company!

The first tub they brought did not meet spec. Came back 6 days later with right tub. Did a great job on installation.

I just love that young man who comes and goes to work. The quality was great. If I needed to, I would use them in the future.

It went good. They were on time, cleaned up their mess. The plumber knew what he was doing and in my house it wasn't easy. It was done in one day. It was a lot more than I wanted to spend but it was worth it.

The company was very pleasant to deal with from start to finish. They sent out a salesperson very promptly and he provided us with detailed information without being overly pushy. I only gave them a and quot;Band quot; for price, but that is only because I think this type of product is rather overpriced regardless of who is selling it. In fairness, they offered the best deal of anyone I spoke with and offered a much nicer overall installation for the price. Their communication was excellent; they kept us apprised of the status of the order for components and gave us plenty of advance notice of when the installation was scheduled, along with detailed information on things to do to prepare for it. They also gave us the names of the installers in advance. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled and were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my pesky questions to my satisfaction and were very nice about dealing with some small concerns I had. They left the place clean and tidy and the installation looks lovely. They also made sure that we understood the care and operation of the unit before they left.

Jeremiah was on time, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, periodically reviewed work with us and thoroughly explained operation of the new shower and it's upkeep. A very well done job.

This installation was fast,neat,and very professional. They had an electrician come in to hook up the tub, and they put in a larger hot water heater to heat the tub. A past employee also came by and installed new vinyl flooring in both rooms. My son had pre-painted both rooms a week earlier. This installation started on 1/27/14 at 8 AM, and was totally finished by 4 PM on 1/28/14. Awesome Job to All Installers, and also Bath Planet!!
