First rate experience from start to finish. Natalia, Nick, and the entire crew were nothing short of fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and extremely clean and meticulous in all their work. Cost was less than half price of other quotes I received.

We haven't finished following up with them. The samples that they brought didn't match up with the slab that they were going to cut from. The sample was acceptable, but the slab that they were going to cut from was unacceptable. The slab is completely unusable. That came at a time that we were going to have to travel, it went into limbo. They had nothing that was usable and we told the lady that we were going to be traveling. We just haven't gotten back to them. Their attitude seemed to be of this is what we've got, take it or leave it. It blows a day to go to their facility. It's been a tough few months with some family issues. It looked like it was going to be a good deal, but the quality available, the price was going to be an average price. The guy that came out and showed us the sample was on time. I wasn't impressed with his technical knowledge for the construction.

It was a kind of bait and switch. Apparently I misread their ads and it said it included installation. They charged me quite a bit more than what they advertised.

Such responsive company, but further workmanship must be improved. There were some problems that happened during the bathroom remodel such as; painting, settling of tiles on the wall and floor. The good thing is when Dimitri fixed the vanity lights and exhaust fan, it was installed perfectly. It was even free of charge. In fairness, Nick was prompt to fix the problem and their materials were of a satisfying and decent quality. In the end we were satisfied with their work, but sadly I have no plan to hire them again…

They did a good job. They had to do a couple of things to get the counters leveled so it was a little bit more but it was close. They basically charged what they said. I thought they were fine. I was just wondering if they were doing things a lot cheaper than a lot of the other places. So I don't know if they are undercutting a lot of people but they did a good job. The price was very good. Most quartz counters cost like $70,000 and the price they had was drastically cheaper. They probably just make a little margin of profit but they do a lot of business. I was very happy with their services and I am sure they saved us some money. I would look at them if they did basically what we...we had backsplash put in but we didn't have it put in by them. We had it put in by somebody else around here.

Such a wonderful, responsive company. They came out when they said, took measurements, asked all the right questions. The installation was flawless - the workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and did an exceptional job with all the counters. I was very impressed!

Great. Work completed as requested, on time and in budget. I did request that a light fixture be moved over about an inch after the work was completed which added a small fee that I found acceptable. They also did a great job upfront working with me to choose the tile and bathroom cabinet that look beautiful.

The estimate arrived promptly, based on some message exchanges and some photographs. The demolition crew arrived, and did a careful job of removing the old baseboard and vinyl flooring, laying the new backing board, and cleaning up afterward. Dimitri, the tile setter, then arrived, and was very cooperative in laying the tile on the patterns we requested, including randomizing the various colors of the travertine tile we used in one bathroom.

Went smoother and as expected. Nataliya is very helping and kind to begin with and then the actual staff.

100% happy with how everything turned out. Fabulous experience with Rocky and the AT&G team. Rocky especially impressed me with his knowledge and creativity in turning our old, cramped kitchen into a spacious one. Whole team was polite and punctual, and cleaned up the place really well afterwards too. We're definitely going to get them to do our bathrooms next!

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would in measuring and making the template. We discussed what direction the granite should flow on the countertops. Something I had not thought of. It made a difference in the number of cuts they had to make in the granite. They also showed up on installation day when they said and worked long hours to get the job done in one day. The did an excellent job of cleaning up and thanked us for the business when they were done. I had estimates from many providers Seattle to Puyallup and Atlantic provided the most service for the dollars.

This company is prompt, helpful and responsive! Working with Natalya was a pleasure! The installers were early which is a surprise from former projects we have done. They were friendly and did beautiful work- Cleaned up after themselves and very polite. They helped us address problems while working around our schedule. I appreciated this! Our kitchen is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with ATG. Planning on using them again for our bathroom! Highly recommend!!! You won't be disappointed!

They were gracious and professional throughout the whole process

It went terrible. This company is the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The first appointment we set up with them to come to our home and measure they got the time wrong and consequently we were not home when they came and they would not come back later that day at the real appointment time. They acted like it was somehow our fault that they got the time wrong. We decided to reschedule another appointment, even though this definitely left a bad taste in our mouth. I was told by Nataliya that Thomas would be coming for the appointment and he would measure and answer any questions we have and bring samples of the granite choices we had. Well, Rocky came, not Thomas, and no one notified us of this change, then all he did was measure. He could not answer our questions and he did not have granite samples with him. This was on a Saturday. On the following Monday I emailed Nataliya to let her know I was disappointed in the service we got from Rocky, but that we wanted to know what the next step was. We were thinking we would be going down to their showroom and picking our granite slab. Well, she emailed me back 2 days later and said since we were disappointed by them two times now, that we should pick another company to work with. Can you believe it??? They did not want to try and make us (the customer) happy or make an appointment for the granite choices, or apologize to us for the disappointments we had with them, nope they just wanted to get rid of us. I have never in all my days heard of a company treating a customer like this. I would NOT recommend anyone doing business with this terrible and unprofessional company.

Terrific. The rep was punctual, informative and helpful, and the installers did a great job. It transformed our guest bathroom into a think of beauty.

Replaced old kitchen tile. Love my new almond under mount sink countertops and stainless steel sink. Real makes the kitchen look bigger, fresher and new. Nataliya, Nick and the installation guys were great to work with. Nick did a great job measuring, placing the order, and explaining everything. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Professional, on time, back splash was measured incorrect and they had to come back next day with correct cut to fit under the mirror and was a minor issue.Yes will consider them for my next project! Was happy with the product and service.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for the removal of our old counter, a new granite counter, sink, and back splash with installation. We went to Kent to pick from the styles they had available and were pleased with the choices. The service was good. The only glitch was that they were to do the work in the morning but had to postpone until the afternoon which I found out that morning. The good thing was they thought they would have to come back to finish the work, something I knew about when I made the original appointment, but were able to stay late to finish so I didn't have to take more time off work. The installers were professional, neat, and did an excellent job. The finished product looks great! I have had granite put in several homes and this stone is of good quality with a nice smooth surface and interesting pattern. The price was very competitive or lower than any of the other places I called. I was very pleased with their work.

I bought my countertops using a special Angie's list deal in late 2015 with installation occurring in early March 2016. The time delay was my fault, not theirs. I had priced granite countertops from other businesses and decided against them due to the cost. When I saw this deal I jumped on it! Overall, everything went very well. I had 2 home appointments, one for measuring and one for installation. I also made a couple of trips to their office to review the granite selections, edge options, sink options, and then after I made my selection to review and decide on the direction of the pattern on my countertops. Customer service was great. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. Natalie in the office was especially helpful and courteous and gave me a lot of tips on the care of the granite. On my first visit, she also stayed after their normal Saturday closing time to help me. The home appointments went equally well, Both times they showed up as scheduled and were courteous and professional. The installation involved removing my old countertops and sink, installing the new, and them removing all the debris. It took less time than expected (approximately 4 hours) and the installers did an excellent job and left no mess at all behind. M only complaint, and this is very slight, was a bit of a communication problem with the installers. They are Russian and only 1 spoke English and that was a bit broken. But we managed and all ended well. Would definitely use this company again.
