Description of Work: As we were not in WA when the work was done,Atlantic worked with our realtor getting our condo ready for sale, including scheduling, giving recommendations, etc. Replaced kitchen counter and installed backsplash. Friends looked at the work and said it looked beautiful. Sale went extremely well.

Description of Work: kitchen remodel---it went very well---they work very hard and make sure you are satisfied with what you are getting----no "hidden" costs--they are very up front about what will cost additional monies, if anything....the kitchen looks completely different and is just what we were hoping the end product would be...we could not be happier with the result---it looks great!

Description of Work: Explained the issues with the master bath, which needed to be gutted and remodeled. Discussed what the new plan was, which was to create a pony wall on one side of the shower. Electrical dedicated rewiring for the existing Panasonic vent/heater. Move electrical for lights over sinks. Use existing toilette. Requested another bid for second bath downstairs. Basically the same except a larger bathroom. Keep everything the same except add makeup desk and move toilette over. Use existing toilette. Add extra two lights.

Description of Work: We had our old tile kitchen countertops replaced with granite. We saw the deal that they had on Angies List and decided to get an estimate. I simply drew up a sketch with measurements, took a picture of it and emailed it to them and they gave me an estimate within the day (our counters were a bit over the 50 square feet for the deal, but they pro-rated the extra square footage). They also discussed options for changing the countertops, for example extending the overhang from our island. We were at first a bit wary that there were only six granite colors we could choose, but we went to their warehouse to look at them and found two we liked. They also said we could choose from a wider selection for just a few hundred dollars more. What we found was that the six colors are their most popular and so we ended up going with one of the six and we love it! The measuring was quick and the installation was completed in a day. We love the sink that came with it. Everything about the experience was positive and we now are planning on using them to do our bathroom countertops. I can't say enough good things about how on time they were, how willing they were to answer questions, and how quickly email responses were. I highly recommend. | |As an FYI, we ended up paying $3200 out the door. When got bids from other places, no one would do it for under $4000. Great price and great quality. |

Description of Work: Got Angie's Big Deal email and, since we were already seriously considering remodeling our bathroom, a $4K discount looked like a great deal. This being our first Angie's Big Deal, we thought we had no choice but to buy the package if we wanted to reserve the Deal. The fine folks from Atlantic Tile and Granite contacted us and we scheduled the in home consultation. The consultant was excellent, did a thorough evaluation of the project and invited us to their showroom. The estimate was $2-3K above the price of the Big Deal. We went to the showroom and selected materials. We were a little surprised to learn that a number of items that a remodel required (such as fixtures) were not included. We would have to go find and purchase what we wanted separately and they would install... but that's okay, no problem. The next surprise was the limited selection of materials included in the Big Deal. We also were surprised to learn that our only choice for the vanity countertop was granite (which was not a goal for us). Again, no problem because we figured that a large discount would necessarily limit our selection and any upgrades would cost extra (and we could live with granite just fine). The third surprise was the bottom line that came at over $6K more than the estimate. But that too was okay given that the consultant didn't have all prices and details with him. We proceeded with in home consultations from several other companies one of which - Luxury Bath of Redmond - came in with the best deal. Atlantic was a close second and we were both very pleased with how we were treated by their staff.

Description of Work: The installation of the granite countertop for our bathroom sink went smoothly - they came out to measure and show samples of the available stone, then returned at the scheduled time to install the countertop and sink. They cleaned up after their work, too.

Description of Work: I purchased the angies list daily deal for a bathroom remodel. They were great to work with to figure out what not to replace so we could use higher quality tile and include a new, framed mirror without spending any additional money. |They have been very good at communicating and being on time on all the days they scheduled to be in working on the remodel. |The price ended up being only a little more to do the whole bathroom than bath fitters quoted to just replace the shower. Now that the job has been finished, it looks absolutely amazing. Night and day difference from what it was. |The only thing that has come up was a unfortunate mis-measure on the new shower. We had them install a shower with a rounded door, which Im sure made things a lot more complicated. The shower ended up hanging over the edge around the corner by about a half inch. We called them back to take a look and as bad as I feel over them having to do so, they agreed to re-do it. Im sure it will be perfect this time as everything else has been absolutely amazing. These guys work hard and aside form that little hiccup, do great work. If we have any more tile or granite needs, they will be who I will call. |

Description of Work: This was for the ROOFING DIVISION. Rocky came out the same day we discovered we had a leak comig into our laundry room. He advised us that we could do a repair on the area and gave us a quote for that. Since our home is nearly 17 years old,we also got a quote for a complete re-roofing. We opted to have 30 year Malarkey(made in Oregon) shingles laid directly over our original roof. The guys came out within two days,finished the same day,clenaed up after themselves and cleaned out the gutters. As it happens,we had a HUGE downpour the very next day and the area involved with the leak was dry as a bone. Would use again

Nataliya was always prompt in responding to our questions and scheduling appointments. We are very satisfied with the finished product and hope to use Atlantic again in the future.

Description of Work: Remodel of master and guest bath by replacing carpets with tile and marble. Overall we were happy with the service. Nataliya and Tomas were always responsive on phone or email. They gave good suggestions and took our inputs into consideration right from selection of the stone/tiles to final walkthrough. The end quote came out a few $s cheaper than their estimate. They are very professional and will give you their time estimates so you can adjust your schedule accordingly. | |There were couple of minor inconveniences |1. We had to purchase our own toilets and faucets which they rushed us to bring in so they could schedule the plumbers. So I rushed the delivery. But they ended up postponing the plumbing by a week. |2. The plumbing work was subcontracted and the plumbers left litter on the bathroom floor the first day. After we complained to Tomas, he cleaned it up. | |We were not very picky about our selections. However, Atlantic provides a lot of options if you go to their warehouse. Once you install tiles its going to be a long time before you replace them - so it is worth looking at the choices.
