It went very well. Service was prompt, professional and the kitchen looks great.

This all went extremely well. Nick came out and spent time explaining everything. The estimate was very fair considering the amount of additional materials I required. The guys arrived on the day of the install. They worked quickly and did a great job installing the new counters. Very nice sink was included in the deal. Everything was left cleaner then when they arrived. One small glitch in the measurement of one island, which is no big deal and will be fine.

Price is right, their work is professional, staff is great, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. Just a few small miscues, but normal in any project. This is the second project we have had them do and are very happy

Selection of materials at Kent-based showroom/shop was extensive and satisfied all our needs. Contractor lead (Nick) was always friendly & responsive. Other workers were generally also excellent, though communication was somewhat poorer - this applied especially to the plumbing crew, who arrived with a grunt and departed without so much as a wave. One other challenge was establishing a clear schedule, especially advance notice of arrival times on any given day for various crews. We viewed these as minor shortcomings as overall the quality of the work done was judged to be excellent.

For what it was, it went well. Still waiting for the estimate for countertops & backsplash without including the bar attached to the counter. If I don't go with them for the countertops, I'll be stuck with a 425 dollar coupon.

I went well but as with all contractors they were busy and behind schedule. Nick was very courteous at all times. We still have a problem with a snapping shower door hinge that needs to be fixed but I a hopeful they will take care of it within a reasonable time. The project turned out beautiful and we are very satisfied.

The entire team was very professional and really, really good at their respective jobs and trades. For example, one person did a lot of the work from installing cabinetry to refinishing the floors. It was unbelievable that one person could do so many things with perfection. Also, the tile person laid each tile by hand, taking it off the mesh backing. The cuts and grout lines are perfect. Our kitchen was completely removed and rebuilt and looks fantastic. It has definitely changed the entire feel of our home. There were times when the schedule had minor slips (which is why the B rating for punctuality) for one reason or another, but we were patient because the quality of work was worth the wait. Overall, we are extremely happy with them and will be having them back to do more work on our home soon.

Template measurement was performed on time and was very professional. Installation was quick and skillfully done. I removed the old laminate countertops myself. The installers were friendly and reflect greatly on Atlantic Granite -- one of them even complimented me on my removal job...that was nice to hear. And the countertops look great. Couldn't be happier. Very highly recommend!

Nick and Nataliya at Atlantic Tile & Granite are very professional and nice people. I had plan to do the bathroom with them in July, Nick had come to visit us twice and measure the work. Very professional and nice to explain the job and cost. Due to other reasons beyond my control. I cannot schedule the bathroom remodeling on time and I request to cancel my job and get refund, Nataliya was very responsible and help me get my refunds. Thank you!

A+ in every category so don't need to go into everything but can add that the whole job took less than a week, which I loved! Also, the hole for the cook-top was cut too small due to a change that we made after the installation. They came back and fixed this, which we truly appreciated. Very nice people.

Great install - Had previous counter which needed removed and had some issues with the way the sink hit the counter top due to the underlying wood supports. The installers were very creative and helpful and came up with a great solution.

Job was very smooth. The measured, gave suggestions and the job was done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards.

It was quite expensive, considering the cost only included labor and the glass shower wall, which was $21K. We paid separately: all tile, Quartz counter top, vanity, toilet, all plumbing fixtures, all light fixtures, paint, mirrors, etc., which totaled $6K, with discounts on nearly every purchase. Despite, the cost, they did a truly fantastic job! We really could not be happier with our new master bathroom! They were responsive, timely, and communicative. I would definitely hire them again and I definitely recommend them!

Happy with the granite, installation, and customer service. They were very responsive to all emails and the kitchen looks great. Only disappointment was that the granite I had originally selected based on their website and previous experience was pretty different from the slab they had available but with natural stone, that definitely can happen. I selected a different one and it looks great so I'm still very happy with the kitchen and will likely use them again for future projects.

They asked me to provide dimensions and photos for a quote. I took said dimensions and sent off several photos. I never received a response after that. If you don't have time to respond, don't waste my time measuring and messaging photos. I could deal with someone that actually wants my business.

The provider was very cooperative, prompt, and responsive, and I would use them in the future for any renovations.

Company contacted me to come do initial consultation and measurements. There was no pressure to up sale. Counters were installed two weeks later and are gorgeous.
