Atlantic Tile & Granite

Amazing!!! I went with the Snow White quartz countertops and they are gorgeous!!! I kept our 1950's cabinets because we want to keep the original architecture in our house, but wow! These countertops make them look almost new! Everyone was great, from the estimator, office staff, and the installers. Friendly, fast, tidied up and no surprising costs. AMAZING!!

Overall, I am sure they were fine, but the bid was a bit more than listed.

this company was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I phoned to set up them coming out for an estimate. nick came out within the next week, gave me an incredible estimate ( I had already obtained a couple estimates from their competitors), I knew exactly what I wanted, we set up an installation date, they came out and installed exactly as we had agreed and cleaned up afterwards. meanwhile, nataliya kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the work every step of the way. the workmen were pleasant and wasted no time. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and recommend atlantic tile and granite.

He arranged to meet with us and provided information about the different materilas and colors. He then worked eith Sue and did the job with the least interruption the was possible.

The work was started and completed exactly when they said it would be. The workmen were very professional and careful. The results are outstanding-the appearance of the kitchen is imporoved 1000%

Excellent customer service before and during the service. Good preparation and follow-through. The only thing that I did not expect was the amount of finishing work that I would need to do: painting, getting spots of the glue used on the quartz off the floor, patching places in the walls where removing the old backsplash was removed. Perhaps this is all expected. I have not done any remodeling for so long that I don't know what the standard is, especially when using a voucher.

Atlantic removed the existing ceramic tiles from around my fireplace and installed marble tiles. They did a great job and even though it was a small job I was still well taken care of.

I am very pleased with the company and their product. Be sure to discuss where you want the seams to go when he is making the template. He was very open to working with my preferences , and moving it to a less conspicuous area. I also had them try the faucet in the hole before they finished, which was a good call. The men were able to make a few minor adjustments to make sure it was a good fit. Very helpful!

Paid the deposit for the $5k bathroom remodel (valued at $10k). Was contacted by Atlantic for a schedule of estimate. Estimate completed 11/15, received emailed estimate on 11/19 for $13k. This was way more than what we expected/wanted to pay. Declined the estimate with Atlantic and contacted Angie's List for refund.

After doing research on my kitchen project, I looked at different granite designs, then checked on installers from Angie's list and from contractor referrals. I went to Atlantic Tile shop in Kent and spoke with Nick mostly. He was very pleasantly informative, very professional and had no "attitude" issues like some of the other installers I had spoken with, who seem to project that they are doing the customer a favor. So, they installed j. delicatus granite all over, backsplash and countertop, as scheduled- punctual, professional and considerate, Yuri & partner. Some polishing needed after and Nick sent Mike and got it done. Nick is easy to contact and response is immediate. These guys care for their customers, keep their words and get the job done right. Costwise, very reasonable, especially, when we were very pleased with the project. We have had 3 parties and the granite is the focal point of the kitchen and received very significant compliments. Of course, I highly recommended this company.

I found some beautiful, round tiles (of many different sizes) in a design center in San Francisco. I talked with several tile installers, who said it would be a difficult job - I wanted no "flat" edges, I wanted the backsplash to look effervescent. When I spoke with Nataliya at Atlantic Tile, she asked me to send her photos. She responded very quickly that yes, they could do it just as I imagined. Once I was ready, the appointment was scheduled right away and Dzmitry came out to do the job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did the job just as I had envisioned. I couldn't be happier with the work Dzmitry did, or the wonderful service displayed by Nataliya. I have already recommended them and will again, given the opportunity. Thank You!!!

Wonderful job! Quick and efficient. Great quality work at a fair price. Very happy with the new countertops. They did both the counters and island.

Ultimately we decided to delay the project but we got an estimate anyway. This company was prompt, professional, and courteous. I believe they would have done a great job. I did not get any other price quotes to compare, because they were within my budget range.

The counter is very good quality / appearance; the estimator was professional and helpful and the installation was well done. The provider was very persistent making follow up calls until I could find time to schedule the estimate and the install ... in hindsight I really appreciate that since the counters are a major upgrade and I might have never got around to having it done (vs. busy with other work etc projects) so it was good they did so much follow up. I put "B" for cost only because my counter size was slightly larger (20% or so) than the size specified in the deal so the cost went up a noticable amount above the deal purchase, I think it was still probably a good value for the price.

We are currently using them to finish up our remodel. They've been great and they are doing a great job.

It went well. They did a really good job. It did cost more than the big deal. There was one little thing that did not work and they came back and fixed it. They responded quickly to emails and inquiries. They were flexible in working around our schedule. The workmen were personable and efficient. They were careful in terms of putting down floor covering. They hauled off all the old things and cleaned up well. They arrived right when they said. I would use them again.

Installation went well, was done on time . We used the Angie's List Deal since the countertop we had already chosen was included in the offer. The Angie's list Deal provided a significant savings. They were prompt and responsive. We had approx 50 sq ft installed. They do not have a showroom but do come to your home with samples. My husband did the majority of the communication and I tended to have some difficulty with their accents. All in all we would absolutely use then again.

The install went well & the product is beautiful. We chose a grey granite for the kitchen island but Atlantic Tile & Granite gave us a better suggestion on another color that we went with. It really was critical to the overall look. They all work as a team and we would have them back again. Thanks guys!

It all went smoothly, Tomas and Demitri were on time, trust worthy, and take pride in their work. They also put in granite counter tops, new sinks, faucets (we supplied the hardware. We are completely satisfied with the price, and quality of their work. We would recommend them to anyone.

Tomas was great to work with. He did the measurements himself and brought granite samples for me to choose from. He sent a crew out after our vanity was installed to put on the countertop, and install the sink and faucet.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did a great job. They were fast, they were quick, it looks good, and everything went perfectly. They were responsive, and they did what they said they were going to do. I upgraded the sink and so I paid more than what was on the big deal.

It was amazing. Actual time to remove old counter/sink and install new counter and sink only took 4 hours total. The guys Vlad & Uri were extremely professional and they put down drop cloths everywhere to not track dirt in the house. A week or two prior to them coming out Nick came by for a 2nd visit to complete all of the measurements and confirm the counter color and edge profile we wanted. Nick was also extremely professional and easy to work with giving us the options we wanted within & beyond the parameters of the Angie's list deal we got. I would highly recommend Atlantic tile over any other Granite/Quartz providers on Angie's list as I shopped around the other deals and AT&G had the lowest prices. They previously offered this same deal for $2999.00 but I missed it as I forgot where a specific credit card was. Second day of install consisted of plumber hooking up the garbage disposal, piping, dishwasher and new faucet to the new sink, he was quick and placed the soap dispenser and dishwasher overflow valve where I requested them. While this was going on Dmitry their backsplash guy was installing the back splash. Dmitry's work was so great that I gave him a tip. I am trying to track down the 2 counter guys so I can give them a tip as well as I feel bad for not tipping them since I left my cash and check books at the office that day. If you want to remodel your kitchen go with AT&G for your counter tops, I used Heritage Homecraft for refacing my cabinets (amazing work) but used AT&G for our Quartz counter-tops as they were over $1400 less. There was one issue with the counters the inside of the window sill was gouged while the old counters were being removed, Dmitry repaired this and painted it while he was installing the back splash without complaint.
