The Representative from Atlantic Tile and Granite Co. arrived promptly. He showed us all our options and answered all our questions without any high pressure for us to upgrade to increase the price. I was impressed with the quality of the quarts and the selection of sinks provided free with this installation. There prices were far lower than other estimates we received! When we told them we would like it installed, he promptly measured all the surfaces and made sure we selected all the options we wanted. He gave us advice when we had question. We enjoyed his pleasant personality and knowledge. The installers arrived promptly and efficiently went right to work. They carefully protected the cabinets and floors. The counter fit was excellent and it was finished very professionally. The seam is unnoticeable. I was delighted that we could have a beautiful counter at such a reasonable price.

It was not perfect but excellent service from making up an appointment, showing up on time and bringing the samples that I asked them to bring. I was impressed with them, they were knowledgeable and organized. They were flexible and I'm pleased with the way they handled kind of a frustrating situation.

We had to postpone work several times, and they were completely patient with us and worked with our schedule. Quality of the granite is wonderful - we couldn't be happier. Installers were very friendly and did quality work. I highly recommend this company.

We originally chose Atlantic partly because of their review history on Angie's List, and also because they do everything from start to finish--the demolition, the installation, the tiling, and the plumbing. They were one of the only, if not THE only, company we could find that literally did it all. And we knew from the beginning that's what we wanted. They promptly replied to our first e-mail contact and Nick came to our house with different Quartz options. We liked Nick immediately. Very patient and sincere. Once we committed, Nick came back and made templates for our kitchen, which is a pretty amazing process, and they turned out to be unbelievably accurate. Then we went to the showroom in Kent to pick out a tile backsplash, sink, etc... Soon the appointment was made and they were here! Every Atlantic installation person/plumber that came to our house was neat, clean, polite, and punctual. They did exactly what they promised, and if anything overdelivered on service. We had one small plumbing leak after the plumbers left, and the next day they were back to fix the problem. Nataliya at their main showroom is amazing. She responded without fail to all of our e-mails promptly and always answered our questions. I really can't say enough good things about this company! Even the plumber that came to fix our small leak raved about what a wonderful company they were to work with, for many of the same reasons we liked them. We love our new kitchen! And we would pick Atlantic over and over again.

The service we received was fantastic quality and value. They did a great job performing the service promptly, keeping in touch, and offering a very generous package for the amount we paid. We feel very happy we went with Atlantic T&G. The only issue is that a few of their installers don't speak much English, but they know what they're doing - which is what matters!

They were great from start to finish. All were very professional and kept the workspace very clean. You get what you pay for though?the slabs of granite were not great. So, definitely go check out the slabs before you decide. They did a great job avoiding the parts of the slab I wasn?t thrilled with for my counters and cut it well.

We frist ordered the work to be done through a special on Angie's list. A consultant (Nick) from Atlantic came to our home with samples of Granite to choose from. He measured our kitchen counter and conferred with use along the way. He showed a great deal of patience while we took time to choose our Granite. We wanted to try and save our tile back splash if possible and were able to with help from the company. The installation of our new counter top was completed soon after our order. On the morning of the installation the truck, Uri and Alex arrived as scheduled. Uri and Alex are all business, they are very nice , but they have work to do and get right after it. Drop clothes were put down on the floors and they start removing the old counter and sink,which wasn't an easy task. When the tear out was done it was time to bring in the new counter top. This was done with a great deat of care and caution, because our kitchen is not the largest. It took a great deal of maneuvering to get the first large piece of Granite into place. Then the ohter pieces were install. The work was done with old school precision and the highest degree of quality. The sink was install last. Please note, that the sink drainer hardware is not provided. I was given an option to contract with a plumber that is qualified and has done many hook ups for the Atlantic, however, I had a local plumber install a new faucet (which I purchase separately) and garbage disposal. This was at a cost of $570 , so be preparred. We love our new ganite counter top and the wok was top quality.

Th3se were the best contractors I've worked with! They came on time and worked hard and gave me a beautiful result. The work was top notch and the guys did their jobs and didn't goof around, make excuses and give me the hassle I get from a lot of contractors. I loved them!!

The folks at Atlantic Tile & Granite were extremely professional throughout the whole process. A great team to work with for the preparaton, demoliton and install. Everything went as scheduled and the results were as we wanted. I would definitely work with them again.

On time. Installers very good. Cleaned up and were out in good time

The estimator was knowledgeable and straight forward. He followed up with the proposal in writing. I have yet to settle with the insurance company to then have the work done by them.

We were attracted by the Angie's List special. We were seeking to replace our existing tile countertops with granite or quartz. We ended up contracting Atlantic Tile & Granite (ATG) to perform the work (approx. 50 sq ft). We went through a couple of iterations attempting to identify a countertop/backsplash match of materials that pleased us. We are appreciative of how patient & responsive ATG was with us during this time. We ended up selecting a backsplash that had a long order lead time (7 weeks) associated with it, again ATG was patient as we waited through that period. When it came time for execution of the work, ATG made quick & precise work of our counter top install (1 day). When it came time for the backsplash install (day 2) it came to light that there was a miscommunication about who's responsibility it was to acquire the grout. A last minute scramble to Lowes fixed that in time to not interrupt work. The quality of the countertop install was superb. The backsplash install was well executed with the exception of a couple of gaps where grout did not take between tiles (we're working to find a solution for this). On the financial front, we were appreciative of the transparent & honest approach of ATG.

Outstanding job. Demo was quick and on time. The Countertop was installed with care and accuracy. The countertop looks better than I ever imagined. Vey happy with the results.

Only issue was the tile that I ordered for the backsplash didn't come in in a timely manner so the countertops came in and were done and the backsplash followed a week or so later. All in all they did a great job and were very apologetic about the tile. They don't have their own plumber and as such contract this part out. He got here late (5pm) but did stay and finish wrapping up about 9pm

Really well, installers were competent and did a fine job. Only trouble I had was communicating with installers as they had heavy accents and I am hard of hearing. Other than that, I am so pleased with the results.

They did an excellent job! The quality of the work was excellent and they are exctramly prompt. Other contractors did not return calls or were late to appointments. Atlantic was always on time. They were also excellent in allowing us to make customizations without changing the price of the labor.

They were pretty quick. They happened to have someone in the area the following day that came and showed me samples and measured. The following week they came back to install. Looks beautiful. I did have to remind them to cut a hole for the dishwasher drain/vent. The installers did not speak much English at all. The office called me at the end to ask if I was happy and if I wanted them to do anything before they left. Looks beautiful and was 25% less than I was quoted other places.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They listened to what we wanted done, provided good suggestions, and completed the work in a timely fashion. The quality of workmanship was great.

We received a bid from Atlantic Tile and Granite in the early stages of our kitchen countertop redo. Soon after however, we revised our choice of material and design, and ended up using another company. I wanted to say, however, that Nick, who provided the bid, and Nataliya, our phone contact, were outstanding for their level of professionalism and care. They both provided us with prompt answers to our questions and were very accommodating. In the future, we will consider using Atlantic Tile and Granite.

They did a good job on the installation and I have no complaints! They kept to their appointments on time and were very thorough. If I could do it over, I would purchase this Deal again. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. I do recommend that other members leave at least 2 hours for the measurement appointment, which is definitely one of the most important parts.

That turned out fine. They had good selection to choose from. Two employees came out and it took them about 8 hours to install that for us. They installed the quartz counter-tops for us in a kitchen. I was happy with the work. We were told that they were going to installed the counter-tops before the holiday due to us having a Christmas party. They were not able to do that for us before the holiday and I wished they would have called and told me that. They failed to call me and I took the day off with the day we did scheduled to have the work done. I had to call them and they said they would not be coming that day. I did also have to pay extra for the back splash to make it not so thick. They had to split it in half and they charged for that. We also had to pay more, because we were a little over the square footage of what the deal stated.

Atlantic Tile & Granite were incredible!!! From quickly returning my inquiry, coming out for an estimate, taking measurements all the way to installation these folks are just top notch!! Any question I had they gave me honest answers. Any extra details or slight modifications to the design choices, their answer was always "No problem!". With the small remnant left over, I was able to get a small bartop installed in another home location. Easy peasy and so professional! I have recommended them to all of my friends & neighbors. Such pleasant people that come to the job site on time, get to work immediately, get the job done and are ALWAYS available if I had any questions. No doubt they are A+ in my opinion & experience. :) Thanks ATG!!!
