Atlantic Tile & Granite

I am sure that they could have accommodated me if I was able to choose a material, but I was unable to select one and decided to postpone because of the holidays and conflicting scheduling. They were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they possibly could.

They failed to contact me by the date specified on the purchase. When they finally contacted me, it was via email, not phone. Then, they did not respond until the end of the next business day. Hence I wasn't happy with the messaging back and forth. I tried to call them and left a voice mail and finally they called me back. They couldn't do my countertops for 6 weeks which would put it the week before Christmas. That doesn't work for our remodel schedule. They also don't keep their store hours. We drove over 20 miles, fighting traffic to visit their showroom. Their posted hours are Mon-Fri 9-6 PM, but their doors were locked and all the lights were off when we arrived shortly after 5 PM on a Monday.

We purchased the Angie's List deal and they came out and measured the kitchen, island and small bath. They gave us a choice of several granite colors and offered to have us come to their location to choose specifically. We made our selection and they scheduled installation a couple of weeks later. The square footage was over so there was an additional charge. They arrived in the morning, removed the old counter tops and installed the granite. It made a huge difference and looks beautiful. We've also asked for an estimate for them to do our upstairs bathrooms as well.

They are very nice and very good people. They are immediately on it.

We connected Atlantic Tile and Granite at the office in Kent to look at new counter tops. We found one we liked and agreed on the price. A representative of Atlantic came out the next week to make a temp-let of our counters and the following week they did the installation. All went very well, and we were very pleased with the whole process.

Very satisfied with this contractor. Had the best estimate by far. Excellent workmanship, just one minor mistake on backsplash. Punctual and professional.

The service was wonderful. There was anywhere from three to four people depending on what needed to be done and it took them probably four days to complete the job. I would say they have the best prices, easy to work with and were able to contract out all the jobs needed (plumbing, countertops, carpentry and some electrical).

we asked for a bid from AT&G for our kitchen, but selected another company closer to our home. However, when we decided to redo the powder room, we also asked AT&G for as bid and they were lower... we will use them from now on... they quality of the quartz is identical and they were faster on time to manufacture. I recommend them without reservation. Hard to find their showroom, but well worth the journey... Installers were extremely professional and several days early. No concerns whatsoever - highly recommended...!

Set up installation for Oct 13 about a month before the date. Received a call asking to reschedule. The reschedule was wonderful for us and worked to our advantage because we were home. Ivan was late for the first appointment but his professionalism and meticulous work was worth the tardiness. He took most of a Saturday installing 1x1 glass tiles and his work is beautiful. He recommended a different grout than what we had purchased and matched our color perfectly. He came back on Monday to finish the job (grout and seal) and we are very pleased with the work. AT&G was considerably under the other bids I received. The office staff was wonderful, kept me informed and had a reat sense of humor. I would absolutely reuse this company for any tile work I might have in the future. I would ask for Ivan, he was terrific.

Nick was very prompt and came to appointments and met with us on weekends. The work was done very professionally. The installation crew was careful while demolishing the old counter top. They did a good job of sealing around the window sill. We were very happy with the total job. They had missed polishing the under side of the counter top, but they came back and took care of that too.

My tile pieces were slightly misaligned. They sent someone next day who spent 2-3 hours to make them perfect. Only their plumbing charges to put back plumbing connections seemed expensive so I hired handyman to do that work. But Nick never pressured me to use their plumber.

Atlantic Tile & Granite was very responsive from our initial call until our project was complete. Our first appointment was scheduled 3 days after our initial call. During that appointment, they took measurements while we looked through samples and made our choices (1-2 hours). They didn?t hesitate to say yes when we asked to round the countertop corners so our toddler wouldn?t bump his head on sharp corners. Even with our special requests, they were able to schedule our installation for 10 days later. They said they would need 2 days to complete the project. The first day they removed the existing countertop and backsplash then installed the new countertop and sink (5-6 hours). The second day they installed the tile backsplash (2-3 hours). We are very pleased with the results! If we ever need countertops again, we will give Atlantic Tile & Granite a call as they have great quality, customer service, and prices.

The guys were on time and very professional. The main office kept in touch while demolition and installation were going on. We were even invited to the granite warehouse to pick out the piece we wanted for the countertop. We purchased the Angie's Deal for a new countertop and really love the choice of granite we picked. Everything went well with the installation of countertop except there was a misunderstanding of how many holes were needed for new faucet, but that was remedied. The subway tile backsplash ended up being just beautiful. I was very pleased with the whole project. They did a great job and I would certainly use them again.

They took out my old bathtub and built a beautiful walk-in shower for my 6'3" teenage son, installed beautiful tile in the shower and on the floor and replaced my old vanity with a lovely new one with granite, new sink.. It is absolutely beautiful but still have to install my new toilet (my fault, I ordered a special one online). This is a great company to work with and Nataliya, Deimitri and Tomas are wonderful. I hope they can also install granite and flooring in my kitchen too.

We were shown samples and picked out Colonial Gold Granite for our kitchen counter tops which was about 55 square feet. Slightly over the Angie's coupon price because of the extra footage but still very reasonable. After picking out the Granite we went to the Kent Warehouse and picked out the exact slabs, so no surprises. Okay driving to Kent from the north end was our only complaint. We set up installation a week later and the two installers arrived on time, actually a little early. The removed the old counter tops and sink and hauled it away. Thank you.!!! Then they installed the beautiful Granite counter tops, island and back splash which went great with our Cherry cabinets. Also they installed the new sink that was offered free on Angie's Ad, since they do not do the plumbing my husband hooked the sink up himself. You do have to have the faucet, strainer traps etc. yourself. Which a quick trip to Home depot the installation was no problem. The installers worked quickly and very professional. It took about 4 hours. We shopped around and they had the best price and quality for our needs. They were on time and we had no problems at all and I highly recommend using Atlantic Tile and Granite.

This company was great. Very affordable and high quality. This family owned husband and wife team is great. They really know their stuff and are very friendly, responsive, helpful, prompt etc. GREAT experience overall!! We love our new countertops and so does everyone else. A repairman came into our house to fix our phone line and actually called us to ask where we got our counters because he was remodeling his kitchen and wanted ours!

Bought the coupon as a gift. My son brought in 3 others for competitive quotes and found far better pricing and quality with another company. He did give Atlantic the opportunity to match the new price and their price was 1200 higher, so opted to not use Atlantic.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THE COST WAS HIGHER THAN THE ADVERTISED PRICE DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE BATHROOM AND EXTRA'S THAT I ASKED FOR. NO PROBLEM AT ALL WITH THE COMPANY. I JUST DECIDED TO USE AN EDMONDS COMPANY THAT WORKED ON A FRIEND'S HOUSE.

I miscalculated the amount of granite I needed. The company was very responsive over the phone to help me determine the correct amount which was much lower than the purchased amount. I will have Atlantic Tile come out to give me an accurate bid for my job.

They are reasonably priced and do excellent service. They show up on time and sometimes work overtime and do not charge for that. They put the granite in about a year ago.

Quick to set appointment and prompt to arrive. They brought several samples and were very helpful in deciding on the right stone for our space. They were able to install quickly. I believe within a week. My only complaint is that I was not informed of the requirement to leave the house for a number of hours during the installation due to fumes. There was one chip but they came out quickly and fixed it.

They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt in giving us an estimate for the job. They were lower in price than what I expected. My wife took a trip to their warehouse to pick out the granite she wanted. After that we established a time for them to install the counter tops. They were there when they said they would be and completed the job as planned. They took care of everything, including getting a plumber to install the plumbing for the our new sink, faucet and disposal. We love our new counter tops and would use them again, if needed. I would certainly recommend them for anyone that wants a good, professional job done. Great!!

We ended up using the company again for additional services. They did an excellent job and did exactly what they said they would. The staff had great advice and options for the counter tops. I had no issues with scheduling. We have recommend this company to friends, as well.

My contact came to the house with various samples and was quite patient as I agonized over all the colors and styles available. I made a tentative decision and later ended up changing both the size of the cooktop island and the color after going to the warehouse in Kent to make a final selection. I had decided to make the cooktop surface both wider and longer to allow the use of bar stools underneath; this was no problem and was cheerfully incorporated into the template, along with the necessary extra support. Very precise and careful measuring done to create template prior to cutting of granite. Came when they said they would, did an excellent job; I asked them to provide contractors to handle temporary removal and re-installation of gas cooktop, as well as plumbing related to sinks and dishwasher. Dimitri did a beautiful job installing the backsplash and I enjoyed his sense of humor as well. I also appreciated that when the dishwasher initially didn't work correctly after the installation was complete, my original contact came back out and diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately.

I couldn't be happier with my new backsplash. Ivan came to install the tile we selected... and it looks fantastic. There was a little snafu in terms of him getting to our house (GPS usually leads you to the wrong street, so not his fault)... but once he got there, he got set up and going. My husband was there with him all day, and I only came in at the tail end... but when he was done, not only did the backsplash make me feel like I had an entirely new kitchen, but there was literally no mess leftover. Now I can't stop thinking about the tile work... and am thinking about doing my bathroom! Thank you for the fantastic work!
