.. From office staff to plumbers and electricians, all the workers were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. .Only the best quality materials were used. And everything was beautifully coordinated. I was especially pleased with Dimitri who did most of the work on my project. He worked to customize my 1950's era spaces with all it's quirks and awkward corners. His work with tile and drywall was great. No time was wasted and the finished product was neat and clean. I would be happy to recommend AT&G to anyone.

1) The quality of the final result exceeded my expectations. 2) There were no problems, no surprises. 3) They were punctual, courteous and careful. Not a mark on our hardwood floors or anywhere else. 4) The initial price quote was the final bill. 5) The price was competitive (we had 3 bids).

eThe installers came mid morning and began work straight away on the demo of the kitchen. There was about 55sq ft of counter to rip out and replace with our chosen granite. They work through out the day running into a little troubole with hidden problems behind our wall. The two guys stayed until around 9pm that night to finished the job. They were professional and polite through out the whole day as was Nic the account manager / rep that we communicated with through out the duration of the project. We are delighted with the results and have already recommended them to people who are thinking about this type of remodel. Great job Atlantic Tile & Granite!!

They called and got back to me right away. I was very impressed they called and gave us the time to come give us the estimate. They actually gave us a time, which is pretty rare. Most people say they'll be here sometime between such and such time. He was here 10 minutes early. We got the estimate. They gave us a pretty realistic time frame.

The company was great at communicating through the whole process. They came out and measured everything which took a couple hours like they said it would. Then they returned and installed the counters in the time they said it would take. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the new sinks didn't come with the connector that hooks to the pipes so we had to go buy them. Other than that, it went very smooth and the counters look great.

Over all everything went well, but I was left with a little drywall damage that I felt the guys could have filled in for me. The company was great at accomodating my schedule as a teacher. I felt that they could've had more choices in granite color, but I am pleasantly surprised how great the black granite looks. I will most likely use them again in the future.

I bought an Angie's list deal for $2199.00 from Atlantic Tile & Granite. We set up an appointment for 11/25. Nick was prompt and courteous and showed the different samples and explained the process. Nick made preliminary measurements of the kitchen counter tops and backsplashes Our kitchen was 77 square feet of granite so that is why the total cost was higher. we set up another appointment for final measurements Dec 19 and installation Jan 5. We set up another appointment to go look at the slabs of granite at the warehouse on Saturday Dec13. Where we made our final choices of the beautiful Uba Tuba granite and bullnose (many options to choose from). Nick was on time for the final measurements and we talked while he was working. And explained more details and explained where the seams would be. And the different options of thickness of the backsplashes. 3 cm or 2cm 1.25" or .75" approx. A stainless sink was also included but we opted for a composite sink. When Nick came for the final measurements he also grabbed the sink so the stone Could be cut for the undermount sink. Jan 5th Installation day. Alex and Uri came out to tear out the old countertop. A small issue with the countertop level ness created a small delay. But the countertops went in without to much trouble. The window backsplash was cut wrong so they had to re measure and come out another day (Next day) to finish the installation. Then they came out to fix some issues on a later day. All in all they are a good company - sometimes hard to understand Alex and Uri's. European accents But they did great work and I will get other bids from them in the future.

Perfect went extaclly as described and planned. Installation took about 6 hours. Overall I would highly recommend Atlantic Tile & Granite

I ended up not using this provider because the gentleman they sent out for a bid came at the wrong time, was not helpful in helping me understand the extent of services they could provide and ultimately I found him to not be very educational about what I was getting for the special price they were advertising on Angie's list. His abrupt responses didn't give me a sense of wanting to work with the company.

Our kitchen looks pretty cool now! There was a great deal that we purchased from Angies List.. we ended up paying a bit extra because of the size of our kitchen and some extra requests. Had a few meetings with Nick to talk about what we wanted and for template measurements. About a month later the crew was able to come out and do the job. The countertops look *great* - we're really pleased with the work.

Very responsive and competitive bid. Seem to have a well organized business approach. I chose to use someone I have worked with before, but I would consider Atlantic in the future. They left a good impression.

They were overall very professional and did a good, competent job. Our new counter tops look great. They presented themselves professionally, getting the job done quickly, but they were all business and didn't come off as very friendly (aside from Natalia on the phone, who seems very friendly). On the day of our initial consultation and measurement, they were apparently caught up with a previous client and kept us waiting for an extra hour or two. The consultation involved showing the rep the project area (the kitchen) and describing what we wanted done. He then presented us with an assortment of sample pieces to use for our color selection. Unfortunately, our favorite color was a $100 upgrade (for the entire job) from the "deal" price, but we went with it any way. While we were choosing colors, he began making his measurements and working up the estimate. Counting the backsplashes, it came out to a few square feet over the 50 included in the deal. When we said we would do it, he began making a template of the exact counter area using thin pieces of wood. While he was doing that, we picked out our desired edge profile sink options, and corner profiles. He also asked about the hole pattern and locations to drill for the new faucet. Once he finally arrived, the consultation and measurement went pretty well overall. I was originally hoping to get a shorter backsplash and salvage some of the sink cutout to use for the sill to save a little on the square footage, but he said the sink cutout was just waste and talked me into taller backsplashes to hide the area that would be left by from removing the old one. I think it was worth the extra square feet. It was a couple weeks after that before they could come do the installation, but they did arrive promptly on the scheduled day. They ripped out the old and installed the new (which had been pre-cut and polished) in about half a day. They then sealed it and caulked the edges, which came out looking nice. The new counters look great and transform the look of the whole kitchen. The biggest problem encountered was that, during the initial consultation, we asked to have one of the corners that sticks out a bit radiused into a big, smooth corner to make it less of a head-knocker for the kids. He said that would be no problem, but when we received the counters during the install we saw that this was not done. We decided we like it ok as is and didn't make an issue of it.

The installers were professional, clean and efficient. The job was completed in about 4-1/2 hours and they hauled away the old laminate counter materials.

Exceeded my expectations. Ordered through Angie's Big Deal. Response to Big Deal was very fast. I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating and managed to fit me in and finish job before Christmas. Cost was about $1,000 over Big Deal price to extend back splash higher than 4" and add a new deep sink. I did have to purchase the tile but that was okay since I took a granite sample and picked my color. Cost for that was about $150. Also had to get plumber out to install sink but they told me upfront they did not hook up plumbing. Job took two days, about 4 hours each. Guys were very efficient and cleaned up mess. Extremely please with the new look of my kitchen.

Great, Fast, Friendly, beautiful work.

It went great. They were on-time for both installs. They were very helpful with color and choice selections on all items. The y also worked quickly and efficiently and didn't take lots of breaks and have reasons to go get extra material. They did a great job at not making a huge mess and took precautions to help eliminate clean up at the end of the project. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have already given their info out to several co-workers that are looking for this type of work.

It went very well. They were installed perfectly today and they look great. The price included the under counter square good sized sinks. The holes were also drilled for the faucet and for the soap dispenser. Nataliya answered all of my questions very promptly. The guy that measured the fit and the installers were on time and did a nice job. We are very pleased with the price and the quality of Atlantic Tile & Granite's product.

UPDATE: CAULKING PROBLEM I tried to contact Atlantic Tile and Granite months ago and never did hear back. The caulking on my granite countertop is STILL tacky and getting to be a real issue. It seemed to never have cured and is a magnet for debris. It looks as though I will have to pay another vendor to address it. My initial review was glowing but after the lack of response I no longer can endorse Atlantic Tile and Granite for their lack of response alone. Disappointed.

Atlantic Tile and Granite did a great job and were very professional, right from assistance in finding the right granite, being flexible about our changing needs and even helping store extra granite that we had left over. Would definitely recommend them for granite installation.

From the first call to Natalia(she is a wonder in handling all the appointment setting,escorting people around the showroom to select tile, giving accurate estimates within 1-2 days) I was given an appointment within two days to have Nic come out to look at our layout,take measurements(very thorough) and let me know they would have an estimate for me within 48 hours. I actually received it sooner than that with a complete breakdown of each cost itemized. We did a bit of the tear-up ourselves and they deducted that line item from the cost. From the time we decided we did want to have them do the work, Nic was back out making templates and re-measuring within the next 24-36 hours. Next Stop: I drove down to the showroom and Natalia was able to help me pick and choose(then pick and choose a couple of more times before I came to exactly what I wanted. She was patient,jprofessional and most helpful as well as serving with a willing smile. Work was done on schedule (about 7-10 days). Worked steadily and took a short lunch...then back to work.No messing around . Granite slabs were cut and polished at the showroom area,so no dust or dirt. The tile was cut on a wet saw in our garage and it does have some dust residue that gets on things,so we covered with old sheets. It still leaves "tile dust", but that seems fairly standard for custom tiling. EVERY OUNCE OF THAT DUST WAS WORTH IT....IVAN DID SUCH A GREAT JOB OF ALIGNING THE TILES AND SPENT GREAT CARE TO MAKE IT LOOK JUST LOVELY. He is a wonder! Very positive experience with this company. Atlantic T & G was highly recommended by a co-worker and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Rocky Adams was always sales contact. He was prompt for our meetings and answered all of my questions. He understood we had a budget which included a new circuit breaker box and a solar panel energy system. He thoroughly inspected the roof and gutters. He explained that the existing shingles were in decent shape and did not require removal which saved $1,000 (dumpster rental and labor.) Rocky assured me our gutters were in good shape but just needed maintenance. When we are ready for new gutters then he can recommend someone. Justin and his crew arrived early on October 24 and completed the job within a day. They were friendly, polite and hard-working. First, they thoroughly cleaned off the roof (tree debris and mold) and trimmed back branches. Then they installed 23 squares (10'x10') which included the following: New underlayment was applied over the existing shingles Metal flashing was installed above the gutters and around the chimney New vents, ridge vent (Malarkey 10" Hip and Ridge Strips) and pipe The 30-year shingles are Malarkey Highlander CS covered with 20-year Scotchgard Protection by 3M (Scotchgard Algae Protection prevents mold from growing) Lastly, we really appreciated Rocky's patience & understanding regarding our new bank. (We opened a new HELOC with Umpqua Bank and there were delays with financing the loan.)

We purchased the tile and they provided the adhesive, spacers and grout. The job was initially scheduled for early November but a family emergency made Ivan, the tile installer unavailable. They notified us before the scheduled installation date and offered to refund our 50% deposit or reschedule. We decided to reschedule. Things remained uncertain for a few weeks and yesterday, they asked if the installer could come today at 9AM. We said yes and in spite of the snow, he arrived. He worked on the job until about 12:30PM and finished the installation of all the tiles. He was very efficient and did not need the last 3 boxes so we could return them. He left for about 2 hours so the adhesive could set and then came back to do the grout. We are very pleased with the quality and the speed with which the work was done. Ivan took good care to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned up thoroughly. We could not have asked for anything more. He was finished by mid-afternoon.

Son is having surgery and the same week of the service is when he will be recovering, so we are postponing the work to be completed at a later date.

Do not trust the salesmen or office staff of this company. After my spouse dragged me through every granite supplier in western Washington, even I had a good idea of what was what. In the granite business, there are only so many colors/varieties of granite, regardless of company. We agreed on a variety called Santa Cecelia. Now my spouse went to look for a good deal. To her credit, she found one with Atlantic Tile (off of Angie's list). We could get the Santa Cecelia installed plus two under mounted stainless steel sinks for $2300. When we contacted them, we quickly learned the office staff was not pleased with the price the advertising department promised for the price but were resigned to honor the agreement. When the measurer/salesman came to our house he went about his business with no issues. He then pulled out his selection of colors for us to choose. We were perplexed because we did not see the Santa Cecelia. We asked him specifically about Santa Cecelia and he pointed to a yellow sample that both my spouse and I recognized as a variety of Giallo. Flustered at our unwillingness to select the Giallo, he suggested we travel 40 miles to his place of business to pick out the slab we wanted from their stock. I was irritated; price of gas, inconvenience and the timing was horrible for us. When we arrived at their warehouse, the lady my spouse worked with originally directed us to their tstock o select our slab. Once again, not Santa Cecelia, only Giallo. The lady insisting the three slabs before us were in fact Santa Cecelia. She protested up until the point I pointed to the Giallo labels glued to the end of the slabs. To her credit, she admitted the misrepresentation wasn't a very nice thing to do. She directed us to a warehouse in Seattle where they obtained their stock. We drove there and picked out our beautiful slab of Santa Cecelia. The only reason we stuck with Atlantic Tile was because of the incredible price but it demanded we watch over them ever so closely. Installers did a great job.
