Atlantic Tile & Granite

They were very friendly, responsive, and timely. They communicated well with me and did an excellent job. The day of the install, they covered my flooring to protect it. I couldn't be more happy with the process and my new granite counters and stainless steel under mount sink.I highly recommend them.

Scheduling for the different trades (plumbers, tile installers, door installers) made the project drag out much longer than originally planned. However, Dimitri did a wonderful job installing the tile. Completed bathroom is beautiful!

They came out promptly to look at our bathroom and master closet. Rocky was pleasant and understood what we wanted. It took several emails and a visit to their office to look at materials to nail down all the details of the proposal and to select materials. As with any project, we would highly recommend that you work with the contractor to ensure that you and they are completely on the same page in understanding all the details of what is or isn't included. Nataliya was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. They showed up on time on the scheduled date. Our only quibble is that Nick did not proactively check to verify when their electrician and plumber were going to be at our house and did not let us know ahead of time so we we could schedule our time accordingly. We had to call and check each time (and wait to hear back). However, the work performed was excellent and everyone cleaned up after themselves. Ivan, who installed the tile, is an artist and a perfectionist. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Tomas was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. When he saw our old bathrooms, he immediately knew what needed to be done even before we tried to explain it. He also had some ideas that we did not even think of, such as raising the ceiling in one bathroom and expanding the shower area in the other. He also was very honest and did not try to upsell anything else. He even told me that some of the things I had in mind were probably not worth it and saved us some money. Our guest bathroom was in the worst shape, so we had to completely demolish everything. His crew arrived at our house promptly and completed the tear-down within a day. There was a miscommunication between me and my parents, so we did not have the parts that Tomas needed to keep remodeling the bathroom, so that delayed the process. However, I put the blame on me and not them because we were not ready when they came. This also messed up the subcontractor schedules, so make sure you have all the parts they ask for before they come! Tomas was, however, very patient and clearly explained everything we needed to get, so it worked out in the end. They were nice enough to put down plastic sheeting on the ground to keep the carpet from getting dirty while they were working. All the subcontractors were very skilled, professional, and pleasant. Tomas was very accommodating, and he was generally available if I needed to get in touch with about something or had a question. He was very receptive to my parents' and my calls, and he always got back to me, even if it was almost 11pm! The quality of the tile and the workmanship was excellent. They also know their tile, so if you are looking for a professional installation and consult, these are the guys to ask over the retail home improvement outlets. After the first bathroom neared completion, they started work on the master bedroom. They installed these beautiful shampoo boxes into the wall in the shower area, which we really like. They also were kind enough to do extra work such as the plumbing and replacing the doors, etc. for a rate that was cheaper than if I hired other contractors to do it. They also did a good job of cleanup after they were done, and also asked us to take a few days to make sure everything was up to our satisfaction or if anything else needed tweaking or fixing. I really appreciated that. Overall, they are very reasonable priced for the quality work they do. Actually they were the 2nd least expensive bid we had, but their reputation was important to us, so we went with them. It was definitely worth it. Our bathrooms are gorgeous and are now updated from the 1970s to a more sleek modern look. The entire process from the first day or construction to finishing took 2 months for 3 bathrooms, which is actually a lot faster than I expected for full tear-downs and renovations. So they are timely. During the process, I recommend that you keep a line open to Tomas or whoever is in charge to keep abreast of the schedule and who and what is going to happen. There were a lot of moving parts to the renovation, but Tomas was able to keep us up-to-date on what is going on whenever we asked. All in all, we are very pleased with Atlantic Tile & Granite and would definitely use them again if we need additional kitchen or bathroom renovations.

The folks at Atlantic Tile and Granite were wonderful to work with, from Natalia at the front office, to Nick who did they measuring and template, to Alex, Uri and Jack, the installers. All very professional and responsive. We visited the showroom several times and Natalia was very patient with us. All were very knowledgeable about stone & installation. The installers covered the floors in our home before they started and then cleaned everything up when they left (about 4.5 hours later. We're very happy!

We had the appt scheduled for 10 and they didn't show until 10:30. Not a deal breaker, but a phone call would have been nice to let me know they were running late. Otherwise they did a great job. $350 seemed a little steep to my husband but frankly, they came in and did a professional job it appears. I would probably call them again if need be for another project. Nataliya was very kind and helpful and quick to respond via email.

The entire process: them measuring and explaining, showing me the slabs and installation was very professional. There was a situation, actually two, that they also responded well to. One was that the dishwasher didn get mounted to the counters when they installed the new counters. Apparently my Dw has aN unusual set up. They came twice after I brought it up and figured out a way to connect it. The other issue was that, since the granite is thicker than the counters I had before, the outlet s on one wall were not accessible. They came back and tried to turn the boxes but, because the wires were too short, I need to get a N electrician to do that. I asked one of the,installers before installation if they were mounting the Dw and he said they were..there may have been a language barrier? And it would have been a lot,easier to deal with the outlets before the granite got installed. So communication was down a notch but I love the countertops and I do feel like they addressed what I needed addressing in a timely manner.

Thomas came out to our house and answered all of our questions and gave us good advice. Natalya emailed us a detailed bid the next day which we signed. Then Nick came out and measured our counter tops and made a template. We set a date for installation. My husband and I went down to their warehouse and picked out the granite and Natalya helped us place the templates on the granite slab. She is very knowledgable and helpful. The installers, Uri and Alex, removed the old tile counter tops and installed the granite counter tops. Our home is 25 years old so the walls are not perfectly square so Uri and Alex had to do a lot of customizing, which they did beautifully. They were very careful with our home and cleaned up and hauled all the debris away. We love our granite counter tops. You can't even see the seam! The granite is 1.25 inches thick. Many other installers use thinner granite.

It went Great, very prompt, fast

Work was performed with diligent workers, however the fit and finish were not perfect. A granite window ledge above our sink slopes back significantly (to avoid trimming the backsplash I think), the seam can be felt and seen because there are micro-chips along the seam edge. All in all I think I'd be willing to pay a little more for a company with better local references.

The process was great. Prior to hiring atlantic we got a quote from Home Depot which more than 1K over Atlantic. When they came out to do the initial quote they brought samples for us to look at and actually left the samples with us to compare. After the initial quote we purchased the Big Deal $2,699 through angie's list. We then scheduled the template and installation which was all within a 2 week period. Notes: The price Does include removal of the old countertop which is also great (HD was an extra $700) Recommend taking a trip out to their warehouse to see the full slabs and talk with Natalya. Great experience all around

They did a nice job, completed the project on time and with cost as estimated.

They are very agreeable, professional. We called to arrange an appointment at the warehouse, where we could see the actual slab that would be used, and we chose all the detailing, set an installation date, and received the costs. We could have worked through email, but it was great to see the slabs in person. They arrived as scheduled and carefully measured, returned in about a week with finished counters and removed old countertops and replaced in same day. They removed all the debris and cleaned up after themselves. A great pleasure to work with Atlantic Tile and Granite. We love our granite counters!

They are nice enough people, but the price to redo the bathroom was 2x what they "package" deal was on this site. I said it was expensive and maybe we could look at removing some parts of it, but they said that was the price and live with it. So I walked. Some of the labor charges, like the plumbing, were simply outrageous. This is typical of Seattle in boom times for contractors, it's a the $5k surcharge on a big job. My son, his friend, and I are going to do it as a summer project on our own. At this point, I'm so sick of the contractors in this area that it's called DIY and HomeDepot or Lowes.

I'd never used a contractor before and was nervous about everything. I'd also never had a good eye for design. Rocky came in, looked at my kitchen, and talked with me for about two hours about ideas, options, and details. He gave me design ideas -- he had photos and samples. We had recently tiled our floor and I was concerned that the cabinets/granite would clash, and he helped me work through that, much like a designer would. I truly appreciate that. It would have been very easy for him to be in/out of here in ten minutes, but he took the time with me that I needed to feel comfortable with what I was choosing. He gave me cost cutting tips as well. The whole process from start to finish took less than a month to complete and made minimal mess. We did not need to be here while they worked, which was helpful. Rocky checked in frequently to make sure it was the way that I wanted it to be and when small things went wrong (for example, my glass stove top broke), he took care of it immediately (I have a new stove top now). He did trim work at the ceiling as an extra because I didn't like the way it looked as it was - from before. He came after the job was finished to go over every detail, make sure I was happy with everything and he offered to help me with some drywall issue that really wasn't necessary. All in all, it was a great experience.

This is a first rate, professional team. I would hire again....they truly take pride in their customer service and craftsmanship. From the selection of granite and quartz, measurement and installation, their team was on your side, ensuring all aspects of the job were understood. Natalia was very helpful in the selection process. Nick's measurements were spot on. And, Yuri and Alex (installers) did a magnificent job of the installation. Great team.....thank you so much. Love my kitchen and bathrooms!

The entire experience was excellent. The price was great and the finished product is beautiful. This is a really good company.

what went good ? It was a nice deal and they did it on time. The two guys came in and did an impeccable job. The measurement of the kitchen took 1:30 minute and they did it couple of days ago. The granite was fabricated in their facility [not in your garage], so it is good. They also made the right suggestion to put granite in the window sil. What went wrong? They put holes in the wrong places and i ended up buying the new faucet. I called ATG and they asked me to sent some photos and they reimbursed it. So if you do not have multi hole compatible faucet, you may have to be cautious on this. I noticed a small minute gap between wall and granite in the back splash area. Nothing to worry now but in a long run water may seep into the gap. I am going to fix it with some silicon or cork. Overall, we were satisfied with the deal, pace of work, quality of work. I will hire them again if required

Setting up the appointments painless. Atlantic Tile and Granite (AT&G) contacted me the business day after I purchased my big deal and set up a time for one of their guys to come take measurements and show me samples. The turn around time for manufacturing was much quicker than I expected. The install crew arrived several minutes before the schedule so they automatically get an A for punctuality. They removed my existing countertops and backsplash without making much of a mess and they cleaned up the mess they did make. The new countertops look gorgeous. I had to really look closely to spot the seam and I could only find it because I knew where to look. The total cost was right at $5k including a new faucet and the plumbing work to hook it up.

Everything went as planned. Ivan the tile installer was awesome as was Nick and Natalia. Demo guys were a bit gruff but they got the job done and cleaned up well.
