Description of Work: Dawn Clark - Property Manager Emory Tungsvik - Realtor Dawn kept house rented without interruption. She kept our house that way for 4 years. Whenever we had a maintenance need she took care of it efficiently. She also made sure the renters kept the house fit to rent. undamaged and in good condition Emory went consistently above and beyond. He kept us well informed - helped us with situation (1031 exchange)

+ -1 moreThe house was a dump when we moved in. That was fine as we are a large family with young kids. Granted too, it was not in better shape when we left. However, the agent and the owner refused to work with us and put us on the street for two weeks with 6 kids and 2 dogs. To add insult to injury, the agent says we will be charged $150 for hole repairs and $250 for painting. Many holes were there when we moved in and the paint job was incomplete when we moved in. She also is charging us $300 for flea treatment because, she claims, she was bit by fleas while doing the move out inspection. This seems like a bald faced lie. We lived there with our dogs for a year and we never saw even 1 flea. I believe this company and it's agents/owners are rude, vindictive, and dishonest. I am very grateful we DIDN'T use their agent for our home purchase.
Description of Work: I leased a home for my family through this company. My rent was $1,495, there was a $300/pet deposit (I had two dogs so my deposit was $600), and there was a $1,200 deposit. I leased one year. Near the end of our lease, we decided to buy a house. When she learned that we wanted to buy, the agent chastised us for not selecting her as our agent. We apologized and explained that we thought she just worked with rentals. She chastised us again and said, "It says it right on my card." We requested going month-to-month or at least one more month beyond lease termination since we couldn't close in time. The agent again seemed vindictive. She told us the owner would not allow it. We explained that we would be homeless with six kids and two dogs. The agent said (though I truly don't believe she even asked) that the owner refused our request. We moved out and stayed in a Motel 6, then with friends who took us in for twelve days. Now we're in the Holiday Inn and we hope to close in 2 days.
