Description of Work: He has worked for the Multi-Service Center for years doing a variety of maintenance repairs\replacements of bath fans, outlets, light fixtures, drywall patches, interior painting of 3 bedrooms units, replaced toilets, wall heaters, garbage disposals, caulking, blind installs to complete turnover of units. I would not hesitate to call him :-)
