ALL CLEAN & EMPIRE CHEM-DRY

I think it is a little expensive. The quality is okay. They are very professional. I would tell a friend about them. They left the area very clean.

I tried to use a coupon that had been part of a mailer. It turned out that the price on the mailer was a bare minimum starting price. I added on an extra package to cover pet stains since I have 2 dogs. The workers completed the job in what seemed like a timely fashion. I was left with very wet carpets. They had to come back 2 days later to try to remove some of the excess moisture that was still there. Strange, since part of Chem Dry's claim is that they leave your carpets barely damp.I was left with a big inconvenience since I was having a party at my house the day they had to return to fix things. All this wouldn't be that big a deal except that the carpet didn't look any better and in fact smelled WORSE after they "cleaned" it!!! I have been thinking about this since last November and in fact just rejoined Angie's list today to warn others... because i am just still mad!

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH CHEM-DRY CLEANING MY CARPETS WAS NOT VERY GOOD. WHEN IT WAS ALL FINISHED MY CARPETS STILL HAD STAINS AND I WAS JUST NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

THE CARPET CLEANERS FROM CHEMDRY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE CARPETS WERE CLEANED WELL AND THEY DRIED QUICKLY. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH STAINS COMING BACK AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
