Absolute garage door contacted me immediately after inquiring on Angie’s list about my problem. I was able to get scheduled the next morning for a consult. They were able to fix my garage door spring immediately and had the job completed within an hour. They were very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my new spring. The cost was a little higher than what I expected but I was very pleased with the prompt , professional service.

I needed to replace a very old garage door opener. The service was promptly scheduled in two days (if this was an emergency, the service would have been scheduled immediately). Aaron called the day before to confirm the appointment and he called one hour before the appointment to confirm the technician was going to arrive at the scheduled time. The technician, Larry, was punctual, friendly, knowledgable, and very professional. Before he performed the work, he carefully explained various options and costs. He replaced the door opener motor and thoroughly reviewed the motor's operating features. I was very impressed with this company and definitely recommend it.

Aaron could not have been nicer and more professional. He came out to the house three times and every time he was in constant communication. We agreed upfront to use text messages to communicate and throughout the process we did stay in touch. He if was on his way, he would text me to let me know he was on his way. When the door supplier was late loading his truck with the door, he let me know that he was delayed and why. He takes his job very seriously and was so good about explaining the garage door construction, and the many features of the new garage door opener. Aaron gave us credit for the labor and spring against the new garage door purchase which was not expected. We are thrilled with the final result. The garage door is so quiet and it looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Aaron for any garage door needs.
