+ -1 morePleasant, prompt and knowledgable. A very reasonable price for the work done.
Description of Work: Duane inspected a home I was hoping to buy. He was very thourough and knew his work well. He checked everything and even told me how to care for the property once I was the owner. When there was a re-inspection on some work that needed doing before closing, he was again business-like and thourough, finding a repair that was only cosmetic and not real. I am certain he saved me much trouble in the future. I would not hesitate to hire him again and recommend him highly.

The house was less than 1000 square feet and he spent 4 hours with me to explain in detail what he was looking for and was not looking for. Gave us approximate prices to fix the problems with the homes. He provided a professional inspection report with a punch list of areas that needed attention.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A VERY DETAILED JOB, THE MAN WAS VERY PLEASANT. HE TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND HE CHECKED OUT EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY. HE EVEN REQUESTED THAT THE BUSHES AROUND THE HOUSE BE TRIMMED BACK CAUSE THEY COULD ATTRACT BUGS. VERY GOOD SERVICE.
Description of Work: THEY DID A VERY DETAILED INSPECTION OF THE INTERIOR AS WELL AS THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. INCLUDING FOR PESTS, DRY ROT, WATER DAMAGE, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, ROOF, ECT.
