AAA Heating & Air Conditioning

I just had my yearly service done by Ilianna (service technician); and, I received great service from her. She was polite, friendly, professional and thorough. I have requested her to service my furnace next year.

I want to begin by saying look at their recent one star reviews, there's a lot. Okay. I discovered this company because Southwest Plumbing sent out a mailer some time ago saying they now offer air conditioning services. So when I called Southwest Plumbing, I understood they merged with or bought AAA heating and air conditioning or something like that. They explained that they could have someone come service and check our air conditioning unit (which is needed because it hasn't been in a few years) and at the end they of the appointment they'd go over their heating and ac maintenance plans. I was literally already decided on signing up. We liked the idea that one company could do both. Anyhow, a month ago or so I scheduled an appointment with these people and they confirmed the appointment for today (Monday) on Friday. However, this morning, I received a text, (not a call) saying they cannot make it, and for me to call them back to reschedule if desired. Going off of a similar experience in the past with a different company who stood us up for a service appointment like 10 years ago when we just had heating, these people will probably try to justify it by saying oh no, we had an emergency service and make themselves look out to be like heroes or something, but the reality is the next company that came/who we called when the first company 10 years ago stood us up WAS SOUTHWEST and at the appointment they said yeah, we never do stuff like that and cancel our regularly scheduled customers same day. It's just a bunch of smoke and mirror reasons and I bet the owner is some person who reads this and fumes because he or she perceives themselves as bleeding integrity and honor in their mind. The reality is it is apparently an understaffed company who doesn't even bother to call their customers and TEXTS saying oh sorry our bad but call us back if you want! After calling to confirm a business day before that.

My husband and I used to love this company, but they have since gone downhill. We paid for a service that should have taken a day, but it resulted with us not having heat for two days because the technician didn’t show up not once, but twice in a row without even letting us know. My husband was forced to miss a day of work because of it. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a month to resolve the issue. They don’t call back despite my concerns being “escalated” to a manger and a director. I was informed by the tech that timeline isn’t part of their service, so I guess as long as the project gets done eventually, they consider that good service. Don’t hire them unless you’re okay with your service getting done whenever they decide to show up, and don’t expect any sort of customer service

Prompt and professional communication. They were able to get someone out to give me an estimate very quickly. The technician was friendly and thorough.

Excellent service once again. The tech, Vinny, texted to let us know he was on his way, arrived within the specified time window, and was very professional. He was polite and made sure my wife and I had all our questions answered.

Jim did a great job of informing me of what he was doing, diagnosing the problem, and recommending options to repair or replace our heat pump.

Easy to deal with, good financing zero down, zero payments, zero interest for 18 mos w/regular payments. Quick response to minor problem and fixed next day. Friendly staff and installers, and if I had a question, I never had to wait long for them to get back to me. This was a huge investment for us, but they made it easier. All services were performed with no noticeable problems. The person performing the service was very polite and professional. Adapted well to our three guard dogs (Chihuahuas) even attempting to make friends with the dogs. Overall, very satisfied with the service provided.

The serviceman was very friendly, informative and efficient . He didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need! I will always call AAA for all maintenance and furnace repair in the future. I'm glad I found an honest company for once !!

Fixed ac unit same day. Were out a week after we called. Great follow up to.

Excellent. I HIGHLY recommend AAA! Carl was my technician today and he was excellent: knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I would not use anyone else. I am part of their maintenance program and have been for a couple of years now. Good service every time.

Jay, the service technician, was very professional. He walked me through the process, explaining every step he was taking. When I received the invoice via email, it included what items were inspected and checked as well as several technical readings that he had taken.

Electrician came out, examined light fixture, and said he'd need to order a part. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week. He then came out, replaced the fixture, and everything now works.

I had them install on my other house 11 years ago.. went with them again.. the people are what’s amazing.. Mathew, Bob, Jim.. Jennifer.. their customer service is beyond fantastic.. they helped us move 2 heavy plants.. that needed to be moved to put in new air conditioner.. in this day and age of automation, and messaging, they are a reminder that old fashion kindness and customer service is key to good business.. I highly recommend them.. and they configure what your house needs.. size , budget and your needs.. Mathew took 3 hrs.. of interview and measurements before offering 5 different packages of heating/cooling needs.. amazing company!!!

This company was very professional from beginning to end. Our system works well and everyone who came did a great job!

1. Techncian did not even check filters. In the past, they have cleaned them 2. They said I needed a new condensate pump ($520). I check it out after they left. The cause of the pump behavior (excessive run time) was a rubber fitting where hose fits into pump casing that was clogged with debris.

I have recommended them to many people and will continue to use them again.

She was great. A neighbor was interested in their services while she was over, and she even went and helped the neighbor too. Then she soon came back and finished my job. She was really sweet and very nice. She even educated me about an issue with my water spigot while she was helping out. I would highly recommend them.
