It didn’t because your people did not ask me what type and these are chandeliers on cathedral ceilings. This is. or the fault of the service person. This is a scheduler issue. They should ask more questions. I decided against installation.

Excellent follow through and knowledgeable staff. The technicians are consistently kind and courteous.

The technician diagnosed the problem correctly, unfortunately his first attempt to repair it did not completely fix the problem, but when I called AAA, over the weekend, fortunately, he was the technician on call, so I did not have to go over the whole narrative. He came in promptly and since he knew what was left out the first time he was able to complete the fix in less than five minutes. The system is working fine and I hope it is a permanent fix.

I was very pleased with the work that was done by Jared. It was a difficult issue to resolve and he stuck with it till he found the problem. I would definitely call on AAA heating and air-conditioning again for any electrical work that I needed done .

We had a furnace issue 2 days ago. We were again fortunate enough to have Colby Dotson from AAA come out that evening as our service technician. He remembered us from a service 6 months ago, and he was every bit as friendly, professional and helpful this time as he was last May. He was able to diagnose the problem (needed a new control board) but because of the furnace type did not happen to have that board with him. He promised to make sure one was ordered the next day and even made arrangements to pick it up himself to return to install. He thought it would be 2 days, but to our happy surprise actually called yesterday. He had picked up the part and came out last evening to complete the service. He also took care of our regular maintenance needs rather than have us make another arrangement. We cannot more highly recommend AAA and Colby Dotson.

Went well ! A extended service agreement was accepted and then rejected by us. The plan is billed monthly and we wanted to pay the entire year upfront [ for that we would be charged more ] THAT IS BACKWARDS THINKING !!!

Slavi at AAA serviced my furnace. He was very professional and very knowledgable. He found out my two stage furnace was not connected correctly and because of that was simply working as a single stage unit. He fixed it for me for no charge. Over the last five years I have had multiple companies come out to tune it but no one has ever mentioned a word about this. Slavi spend a good amount of time tuning my furnace, and then checked the air flow/heat flow inside the house. I am glad I went with AAA this year and I am going to specifically ask for Slavi from here on.

Per Steve's recommendation No work was performed at this time due to timing and not a strong need. I will definitely call AAA in the future for more work because of Steve's honesty and professionalism.

I have used AAA Heating and Cooling for many years. Colby has come out to my house on a number of occasions. He is always on time, friendly and professional. He is informative but doesn't try to sell me things I don't need.

Prompt, and it works great. Most important it is the right system for the house, and has reliable support in the local area. We were impressed by all the contacts made with the company.

Steve gave me multiple options including raising it myself and how I could go about it. We went with that and it turned out great. I have never felt AAA is out to make a quick dollar, they want to make sure you get the services you need, even if it's something you can do yourself.

The technician was prompt. He changed the filter and pointed out a problem we had with our air conditioning. He emailed a detailed report. Great service. I would definitely hire them again.

Took a little longer than anticipated, had to return the next day to finish the job. But installers did a great job and system is working well.
