AAA Heating & Air Conditioning

After a few failed attempts to fix it ourselves, we called AAA and they were able to come in and fix it right away.

Exceeded expectations, I'm told there can be difficulty with these kinds of systems; in addition the house is old, the system 9 yrs. old.. But the repair was successful and I am onboard for ongoing maintenance as they have my trust. Professional in all respects. The only caveat, is it can take a little patience, like most things in life. But I am a happy cusromer.

I am very happy with the job AAA Heating and AC did on our new (to us) house. Matt Weatherhogg did a thorough inspection of our old system, and pointed out things that would have caused us problems this winter. He then took measurements of the windows ands vents to come up with the most efficient system for us. The crew took two days to complete the job, and the L&I and city of Kent inspectors have signed off on the job, and we couldn't be happier. We wanted to use a local company, and you can't get any more local than Kent. My only quibble was the price. At $21,000, it was higher than I was expecting, and I know we had the work done during the hottest part of the summer, but it was still a bit surprising. All in all, a job well done. Two thumbs up.

Dave From AAA responded promptly and provided top-notch professional service. He confirmed that the damage to my vent system was minimal, and even showed me how I could save several hundred dollars by completing the repair myself. Dave validated the trust I place in AAA Heating and AC.

Blew me away Jim looked and cleaned things that other companies never did. When servicing the outside AC unit in addition to checking the pressure he checked the state of the capacitor. Then he opened a side panel and found Cottonwood fluff on the coils! 11 years have gone by and not one other company had looked at them. Jim spent the time to open up the other sides and vacuum the fluff off the coils which improved the air flow Super pleased with the work that was done

Was very impressed with Steve and his professional manner in explaining AAA's service policies, and providing cost comparisons for their gas furnaces. Thanks, Steve.

Jim arrived on time and explained what tests he would doing. My furnace was 21 years old and in addition to a failed control board, vidoscope of the heat exchangers found the primaries to be heavily degraded to the point of rusting through. Recommended replacing furnace.

It was an A+. I worked with them for years, they've been wonderful. Brian was fantastic, I feel comfortable with him and he's really incredibly helpful, thorough and gives me a lot of information or guidelines.

Jonathan was great, arrived early and got to work. He quickly solved the fresh air intake problem. When he finished with the tuneup, he tested system to make sure everything was running correctly. Will hire company again.

Brian from AAA Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent. He arrived on time, quickly got to work, took care of the filter replacement, and then carefully explained what was causing the noise issue. He answered all of our questions clearly and in great detail. We decided to sign up for regular service through AAA because our experience was so positive. Doing so brought down the cost of the inspection.
