He noticed and cleaned out the drainage pipe that had been clogged for years! And we now have a clean motor, running smoothly. Our next appointment is in 10 days for a much needed duct cleaning. All went according to plan. Justin (hope I remember that right) was promptly at my home on Saturday morning. He explained what he was going to do (check the furnace) and verify operation (he found two contactors/relays that were starting to age and recommended replacement soon.) After doing the furnace checkout, he proceeded to get ready to go under the house. We laid out a large covercloth to prevent dirt on the carpet and down he went. All said and done he had the main bedroom vent open (it was jammed by the vent cleaning company) and provided me an option on the air leak. The technician Justin was friendly, explained things completely, was always respectful of my home and me, and was a pleasure to have do the work. He obviously knew his job and completely answered all my questions.

Service was excellent/price competitive. Furnace went out during week of snow storm. Bob & Allen made it to my house and were able to install my furnace. Even though it was very cold and miserable (with them getting stuck in the snow and having to dig out just to make it in and out of my driveway) they remained professional and upbeat. You will see by the attached photos the huge effort these two men had taken to provide heat to a customer who had none. Thank you for going above and beyond. Will continue to be an annual service customer.

Dolly was on-time, professional and friendly! One of the things I love about AAA Heating and Cooling is that they send a text when they are on their way with a pic of the person that will be arriving. They put covers on their shoes when entering the home, and both our dogs could tell Dolly was a dog lover! She answered our questions and is very efficient. I recommend AAA Heating and Cooling to anyone in the area.

At our rental home, our tenants called about lack of heat from the furnace on snowy Super Bowl Sunday. After many calls, I was unable to get any tech out on Sunday but called AAA Heating and Air Conditioning early Monday morning. Mitchel was able to get to the residence, diagnose and fix the problem. During the process we were pleased with immediate ability to respond, the level of communication and ultimately the price for the repair and furnace tune up. I would not hesitate in hiring AAA Heating and A/C again.
