Description of Work: Came to my home for a furnace that had stopped working. The wall switch had been inadvertently flipped, yet once we turned it back on, the technician still insisted I either needed a new furnace or at least a control board and blower motor at a cost of $500 each. I paid him for the visit and when he left I cleaned the flame sensor which fixed the cycling on and off problem.

Description of Work: Just prior to closing I called AAA to get emergency service on New Year's Eve. Glen finished his current call and came pretty quickly. Glen checked the power circuits to determine why furnace not functioning. He found the circuit to house was not providing adequate electricity and advised me to call Puget Sound Energy to get emergency service.

Description of Work: December 29, 2014 was the last contact we had. It was a phone call to advise them that did not get the bid on the new furnace. They did install the furnace that was replaced 13 yrs. ago, as well as, a comparable A/C unit 9 yrs ago. Since he furnace installation they provided annual service on on it and then both following installation of the A/C. Their service support was exceptional in all respects, and fairly priced. Would not hesitate to use them in the future, or recommend them.

Description of Work: I needed an estimate on a A/C unit replacement. Greg did a great job in giving us the information. He did recommend that we change to a R410A type of unit. It's out of our price range for right now and we are still thinking of out options. Great person to deal with!!

Description of Work: I noticed my hot water was leaking in the basement. I made a call to AAA and they sent someone out that morning for assessment. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to schedule delivery, installation, etc. that afternoon! I needed a new hot water heater and some other things to bring the system up to code. I also had my furnace cleaned and serviced (that was about $100-$150. Not sure how prices compare and was of course a little pricey, but have I have faith it was competitive. I would definitely use them again.
