Very well.
Description of Work: Have no heat in the house, Jared came and figured out that there is a mixed valve was turned off accidentally by someone and nobody know how the heating switches works. As an electrician, Jared actually completed a plumber's work. Jared has very impressive ability to resolve the problem. The home is warm now.

THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY, AFTER WE CALLED, AND WERE VERY HELPFUL. THEY TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET THE BURNER GOING, SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE FURNACE, BUT THERE WAS NOTHING MORE THEY COULD REPAIR.
Description of Work: THEY TRIED TO REPAIR OUR FURNACE, AFTER THE BURNERS WENT OUT. THEY CHECKED THE VALVES, CLEANED THE BURNERS AND TRIED TO RESTART THEM, BUT THE FURNACE WAS BEYOND REPAIR.

HEATING UNIT WENT OUT OVER HOLIDAY AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 1 HOUR. THEY CLEANED THE HEATER AND GAVE TIPS, THE 'QUIRKS' ASSOCIATED WITH OUR UNIT AND SERVICED OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT WITH NOTICE THAT A PART WAS WEARING AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED.
Description of Work: HEATING UNIT WAS CLEANED AND SERVICED ALONG WITH NEW PARTS AS NEEDED. AIR CONDITIONER WAS SERVICED AS WELL.

WHEN THEY SAID THEY COULD COME OUT IT WAS AFTER HOURS AND ON THE WEEKEND. THEY ONLY CHARGED US A SMALL FEE SINCE IT WAS REALLY AN EASY FIX. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEY SAID THEY COULD COME BACK AT NO CHARGE WITHIN THE NEXT 30 DAYS IF IT DID IT AGAIN TO SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. WE DIDN'T NEED IT; IT'S WORKED OKAY SINCE.
Description of Work: OUR FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING; THE HEAT WAS NOT TURNING ON. SO WE CALLED AAA HEATING THEY CAME OUT TO LOOK AND RUN SOME TESTS TO SEE WHY IT WASN'T WORKING. WHEN THEY CAME OUT, THEY FOUND OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE FURNACE READS SOME TROUBLE NUMBERS TO TELL YOU WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT. THEY RESET THE FURNACE FOR US. AFTER THEY DID A RESET, IT HAS WORKED FINE SINCE. HE SAID SOMETIMES IT GETS CLOGGED ON THE ERROR REPORTS, AND THE PILOT WON'T KICK ON TO TURN ON THE HEAT.
