Technician was punctual, professional, explained all my options and completed the work quickly. Price seemed a little high, but fair.

I was extremely pleased by the work done by the company and their service techs Kenton and Slavi. I contacted AAA via email late in the evening and received a phone call from them 8:30 the following morning. They juggled their schedule and freed up Kenton to come see me later that same day. Kenton diagnosed the problem as a circuit board failure and, since no replacement was available locally, arranged to have one shipped overnight to AAA. The following morning I received another call from AAA informing me that the replacement part was in. They were able to free up Slavi in the early afternoon to do the install. Slavi arrived on schedule, installed the replacement part, then began running extensive diagnostics to insure that everything now worked properly. He performed a thorough cleaning of the circuitry to remove accumulated dust that can cause circuits to overheat. He measured air temperature and flow rate at multiple vents throughout the house to insure that there were no obstructions in the system. I signed up for one of AAA's low cost annual maintenance plans and was delighted to discover that they had applied the maintenance plan's discount to the work already done. That saved me more than $130. I had a great experience with AAA and am happy to recommend them for your HVAC needs. Their rates are reasonable and their service people are outstanding.

If you have HVAC needs, hire this company! I decided to have a ductless heat pump installed in my townhouse with the hope that it would help with heating and cooling costs and I wanted to do it before the PSE rebate went down. I called 4 companies to come give me a quote, 3 quoted the exact same Daikin system and the estimates were very close for those 3 companies (the other company quoted a different system that I didn't feel would meet my needs). I have to admit, I went back and forth on which company to hire, as the quotes were so similar and I had good experiences with all 3 sales men. I am very happy I selected AAA though. The sales guy, Steve, was super attentive to my needs for the system and my desire to keep the cost at a reasonable level. The office staff has been very friendly when I called with questions, and the installation crew was fantastic. We had a slight hic-up in the installation when the wrong system was accidentally ordered, but the guys adapted fast, got the correct piece out within an hour and there was no significant delay that I could tell in the installation process. They were done much sooner than I thought they would be and cleaned up their mess completely. It was a very rainy day when they did the install, but not a drop of mud was inside my house. There had also been some question of how the electrical would be run from my garage out front to the back of my townhouse, but the electrician was fantastic and was very thorough in figuring out a solution. This company was great and when I get ready to do my water heater I will most likely be going directly to them. Very happy. Oh and the heat pump is working fantastic, my house is very comfortable!

Yes, they did actually. They were quite good. I coincidentally, signed up for an service contact, so the returned visit was covered. It was all very fair and reasonable. I thought they did a nice job. I would used them again. In fact, I now have service contracts on both of my furnaces, in my home. I would recommend them, absolutely. They were punctual, professional. They were fair in regards to pricing. Ultimately they were reliable. They had to find the part, and bring it in, and all the rest.

My furnace had been running intermittently for a few months. Kenton wa able to get it going, tune it up & suggest future repsir items. I purchased the membership package because of the value & awesome benefits. I will absolutely (I have) recommended them to others.

Tech called to inform he was running late and arrived a couple hours after the scheduled appointment. However, once he was there, he was very helpful in explaining the situation and took time to assess the problem which turned out to be a simple flame sensor cleaning. Proceeded to double check that this did in fact solve the problem by cycling the system several times. Turned out to be a very educational couple of hours on what to expect from older furnace systems and it got our furnace working again quickly and reliably.

The process was thorough and went well.

It turned out good. The guy came out and he found that the mortar was getting a little extra stress because I had turned off some of the registers. He was able to tell me about that and he was able to replace a part that was staring to fail. It was actually a little deeper than I expected. I was pretty pleased with his service and how he dealt with this. The cost came up to around $200 because he had to replace a part. Considering what we had done, I think the price was good. For quality, he explained everything to us quite well. For punctuality, he was on time for his appointment. I have already signed up for having them again. He was prompt and he was well spoken. We had a good discussion of what was going on. He spent enough time so that we were able to understand what was going on.

Very well. Small business with limited resources but competent and friendly. If you're expecting slick and polished you won't find it, but you will find dedication to the trade and creativity in dealing with unforeseen circumstances. Recommended.

I do have a service agreement. We usually have the same guy that comes out and we’ve had in for couple of years. I really like him.

They are returning to install another vent. We are very happy with the problem solving and attention given. We have had others look at the furnace without advising of the pressure problem. The cost of the capacitor was too high but the cost of the new venting is reasonable.

Everything turned out great! Air conditioner was serviced and I set up an appointment to get furnace serviced for fall.

I got a same day appointment. Dave came 45 minutes earlier than the 3-5 pm window. He was very friendly, professional and courteous. He diagnosed my AC problem as being low on refrigerant. He was very good at explaining why that caused my problems. He mentioned a "Club Membership" when I mentioned my Angie's List coupon, but he did not make a hard sell. I asked for more information and received a form with all the information. I ended up signing up for the Club membership and received 20% off the diagnostics trip fee, the cost of replacing the refrigerant, and a furnace and AC turn up.

Provider called me very quickly after purchasing the service on Angie's list. They scheduled the service for just a couple of days later. The tech was very prompt and polite. He got to work immediately and provided a complete report when he was done with his work.

It's been a few years since we've had the HVAC system inspected and cleaned, and when I called the company who installed our system, I was bummed to learn that they only do commercial systems now. So, I started looking for a new company and gave these guys a call based upon the numerous positive reviews. I was really surprised when they had same-day availability. I'm not sure how often that happens, but it was certainly a pleasant surprise to me. The technician who came out was on time, professional and very thorough. Overall, it took about 2 hours for him to thoroughly clean and inspect both my furnace and heat pump. Will definitely use them again, and I would have no reservations recommending them to others.

It did not go so well. At first it seemed like it went very well. Then we discovered that the first technician decided without actually going under our house and checking on a drain pump that it was bad. It turns out the pump was good it was just the discharge hose was bad. We called the company to let them know what was discovered. So when they canceled the pump order and I guess anything to do with that pump. Because when the other parts that were ordered showed up, AAA sent a different technician out to complete the jump. Which he did not even look at the pump under our house. We paid for two services which should of included this pump. It is part of the furnace and AC system. I had to fix this part of the service myself. $10 worth of tubing and a hour of my time. Another issue we had had to do with a monthly subscription. The first technician had my wife sign up for which gave us a discount on parts and labor. This would of saved us about $60 for the repairs that should of been performed. My wife called up to cancel because the work they performed was not very good and incomplete. They office gal was rude and then charged us the money we were suppose to save on the subscription program. This company had a high rating on Angies List. However they tried to rip us off by selling us parts and labor we did not need. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor would I ever do business with them ever again.

They are 100% dependable, courteous, caring, good listeners, and they get the job done right.

Technician showed up right on time, performed the work in the allotted time, was neat and clean, and was very good about explaining what he did and what he found. I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll use them again for my AC inspection and cleaning in a couple of months.

Were very responsive right from the start. Came out the same day that I called..on Thursday. Got all the needed info. Installed the furnace and air cleaner the following day...a Friday. Is a new type of furnace..modulating. Takes a little time to get used to... I placed a called on Saturday evening for I was cold. Fellow was out within an hr. He made some adjustments and reminded me how the furnace worked. At the time I ordered the furnace, I also ordered a special o-zone free air scrubber that had to be special ordered..I have many allergies and asthma... On Tuesday, the ducting was cleaned and sealed. When Dave G. left the shop, the air scrubber hadn't arrived yet, but during the day, the owner brought it out. Everyone that I dealt with were great..from Jennifer in Customer Service; Dave V. who came out and got all the tech info; the fellows who installed the furnace; the service tech who answered my weekend call; Dave G. who did the cleaning, sealing, and adding the air scrubber; and, Glenn who brought out the air scrubber. This company's customer service is EXCEPTIONAL.

The technician was obviously well trained and he did a very thorough job. Hed went the extra mile and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why it was necessary.

I found a torn filter and debris inside the furnace. I called the provider, and they sent a great guy to make it good, and gave me free filters and next year's servicing for free. So, I have changed my review to reflect this, and to say they really have great customer service.

They got here right on time and were very professional and pleasant. Did a great job on the furnace in a timely manner and left everything neat and clean. I will be sure to tell my friends and neighbors about this company and will call on them again for any work to be done on my furnace.
