Description of Work: Our furnace wasn't working. The technician came out and identified the problem right away, as well as showed us an issue with the way our air conditioner had been installed. He was very accommodating, especially considering that our furnace is in our attic and it was difficult for him to get up there. It turned out that the furnace needed to be replaced. The manager was helpful in negotiating a price for us, and threw in the leveling and drain pan for our air conditioner at no charge. AAA seems to be a very professional organization. It was easy to make appointments that fit with our schedules. The office staff and technicians were all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would use AAA again.
