Working with this company was a nightmare. I will stick to the worst parts, to save myself some time and energy on this reviews which I feel I must leave, in hopes that I save someone else from having to deal with them. The second the contract was signed, they hung us out to dry. The schedule went 7x the quoted time, and we had no support from anyone at 2FL. We were told they would be finished in one week, but this job took over 7 weeks. There was no outside reason for the job being delay no material availability problems, etc. The crew just showed up around noon everyday and left around 3 pm (or sometimes did not show up at all). We had to push back multiple other jobs to account for 2FLs delays. Some jobs we could not push back, and the other crews had to come in and work around 2FLâ s constant worksite mess. Tools were everywhere, insulation and sawdust were left to sit on the floor for weeks at a time, and open cans of stain and half-used caulk tubes were strewn about until the very last day. After informing 2FL of our issues, the owner (Terry) fired the two people working on our job. I found this out because one of the crew texted me to say and your email to my boss just got us fired Terry told us he would have a new crew on our job that could finish the job in 2 days, and assured us that he would d take care of us. Then the Friday before work was to start again, the original crew texted me to say and All of the other crews are slammed, so unless you wanna wait, you are stuck with me. Cya Monday and We tried to call the owner about this, and he never called us back. Instead, the crew called us again and said and Terry told me to call you and We were not pleased with how this was handled, but we thought it would all be over soon, so we swallowed it and moved on. Weeks later, we were still having problems. This time, with schedule and work quality. We called the project manager and insisted that he come see the work, and he came over. He agreed that things were not great, and told the crew to fix the crooked window and sloppy trim work. We were fine with this solution, but the work kept dragging out, and the crew kept telling us "It will absolutely be done today and After more than a week of excuses, the work was still not done, and we were up against a hard deadline with our flooring install starting. I called the project manager again, and he had an admin assistant call me back instead. They told me the would get me taken care of, but I never heard back from anyone again. No one came to do a final walkthrough of the work, or even call to check on things. The first call we got after all of this was just another call requesting final payment. When the job was finally complete, the crew left the place a mess, and with incomplete work everywhere. We had to scrape up the junk all over the floors ourselves, and then hire another crew to come fix the interior drywall and exterior siding work that was left incomplete by 2FL. In short, I am so glad this experience with 2FL is over, and I would not advise anyone to work with them, for any reason.

Very courteous,vacumes up the sawdust as they cut the old windows out minimizing home owners clean up at end of day and job completion! If they smoked on brake they went around the street corner! Very accommodating !

Broken window frame during installation. It took more then 6 months to have them to come and replace it. Also, window frames grossly stained gaps between the frames and the siding! We contacted them many times and we were pushed back. More then six months later, they came and painted over the stains. They were saying that they were busy with new projects, etc. The gaps between the window frames and the siding still remain and we had not heard from them ever since.

2FL was grreat to work with, from Sales - installation - Admin - Billing. The project went very smoothly, the workmanship was solid adn the turnaround from order to install was expedient (roughly 4 weeks). I would absolutely recommend this contractor!

We had to wait a LONG time, possibly due to covid, for the windows to come. Then they come without screens and we had to wait even longer. However, we are very happy with the finished project.

These guys sold me on paying extra for their superior installation method. It was the poorest job of window installation I had ever seen (this was one of many rental houses I owned, so I have done a great many window replacement projects). Everything they said they would do was ignored. While they eventually cobbled enough of it together so that I eventually paid them, I considered them to be essentially grifters just hoping their customers were too stupid to know what a quality job is supposed to look like.

I ordered replacement windows for the entire home on September 2nd with the understanding the new windows would be installed by the end of September because the house is vacant and for sale. This was the selling point for me. The windows were installed on October 27 which meant I had to pay an additional month mortgage. In addition, one window was broken during installation and one screen was missing. Read the invoice carefully. It says if the supplier does not deliver the windows on time then too bad for you and your 50% deposit. I gave 2 stars because the installers were good workers and had all the windows replaced in 4 hours.

Worst contractor company I have ever worked with. They do not return your calls.

Never was happy with their service and communication. I have had to call on another contractor to fix their horrible job. 25K wasted. They promise a 5 year fix it till your happy but they dont honor that promise

2-F-L has been great every step of the way, from sales to working out a good start date, to their manager and on-site personnel. Everyone is incredible. There have been a few minor questions arise and every step has been customer-centered. It truly feels that they are looking to produce the best quality work to have a content customer. We are looking forward to the final product, but can already see, the on-going nice change of our home. Thank you Terry. And thank you for sending Aaron and the rest of your very knowledgeable staff.

They are reliable.

The salesman was upfront about the product. The installers knew what they were doing. I had hired another company through Lowes and the person who installed just one kitchen window did a very poor job but Rob from 2FL pointed out all the errors and deficient product used and (with his recommendation) I contacted Lowes to repair the poorly done job. The windows 2FL put in were fine.

Fantastic installers and accounting person.

It took just 2 days to rip off my old roof and install my new roof. The roof matches the trim on my house and is beautiful. They did a excellent job.

Customer service was not good. Dropped off materials but they sat there for a month while trying to get one of their people to install it.

They have not yet performed the work, just getting scheduled. So far, their sales person is really good. He took the appropriate amount of time explaining the options and the differences and answering all of the questions i had. I also asked him about my exterior siding, and he was refreshingly honest and said it didn't look to need any repairs currently. I will update their quality ratings once windows are installed.

We had new windows installed before Hardiplank was installed. 2FL did such a poor job installing the windows our siding company had to explain to them the expectation so the house would be sealed tight for the weather.

Worker were friendly to all{cats ,dogs, children). Work was excellent along with the siding. One time and met every commitment along with helpful suggestions on care. I will hire them again without any reservations! Alan Eddy/ Lake Morton, WA
