The communication was very disappointing considering we use text and cell phones these days. I saw him only at the start and at the end for a check. Asked for itemized receipt and he just gave me a piece of paper with a total. He subcontracted the project and those workers were amazing, professional and easy to work with.

This company was hired to paint the interior of my home, however the job was poorly done. There is paint on my carpet and overspray on my hardwood floors, kitchen cabinets, the spindles on the stairs. Imperfections in the drywall were over filled, not sanded, not textured and painted right over. Some imperfections were not filled and were just painted over. In the garage they tarped it off and painted doors and there is paint drips all over the concrete floor and they did not clean it up . One of the walls in the garage they used to test their spray texture out and left if that way. My wooden window shades were not put back up and when I put them back up they were bent. In my master bedroom, they moved the bed and never put it back, they put my dresser in my master bathroom and left it. The crew that came were extremely nice people but the quality of work and attention to detail was poor. The owner of the company should have done a better job with quality control. I felt, after meeting them that I could trust them with my home, obviously I was mistaken.

Kirbyworks did a fantastic job painting our interior ceilings. Everything was taped off, draped and covered with tarps or plastic sheeting by a crew of three. They sprayed the ceilings rather than hand roll which resulted in a smooth, even application with no shade variation. They were friendly, professional and funny. When dry, the crew removed all the draping and tape. They then checked for any overlap or missed spots and asked us to do the same. They touched up what was found, cleaned up and disposed of everything. Very professional crew. Kirby called that same evening to check that we were happy with the job and satisfied. We are extremely satisfied with the job that Kirby and his crew did for us.

My house looks so much better now! Kirby stuck to the quoted price, and the deal was made with a handshake, just like it should be done! I am impressed with their attention to detail as well as the care that was shown to me personally. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a makeover for their home. I loved the customer care/service Kirby offered. The panting is absolutely professional. I could not remove furniture, doors and other items from the areas to be painted so Kirby and the painter moved, taped and covered everything. Kirby returned after the painting, inspected the rooms and moved all the furniture back into place. If you want a local, first class professional painting job, I highly recommend Kirbyworks.

We had torn down some really old tile in our kitchen, dining room and entry way. Under all this was a mess! Glue spots, uneven spots, staples, seams a mess, etc. Kirby came in and suggested the right texture, they started the next day and were done in 3 days as they said and the cost was exactly what he quoted.

We didn't need a full outside paint job, but many touch-ups on our two-story home. Kirby also removed a pebbled paned and replaced it with siding that matched the home beautifully. He was not the lowest bidder, but the work done was high quality.

They did a very good and speedy job, I was pleased with the overall results.

The estimate was a good value. The work was performed in a timely manner. I was kept informed of progress and included in scheduling and other discussions. I was pleased with the work. It looks great and is getting lots of compliments from the neighbors!

They worked hard, did all of the work contracted, and did it well. They were clean and neat,prompt and reliable. The paint job looks good. I would use them again.

It was a pleasure having Kirbyworks do the exterior painting of our house. The painters were professional and cleaned up everyday after they were finished. Kirby was on sight a few times during the job and made sure the painting was being performed as we requested. The painters themselves worked diligently from the time they arrived in the morning until they left at the end of the day.
