+ -1 moreThis is the third time that we have hired The Carpet Butler to come out and clean our carpets. Kirby Brown (business owner) is hard working, ethical, and an honest professional. Before he gets started, he measures out the space to be cleaned and provides the price. I appreciate this, as several other businesses we have hired in the past have not honored advertised prices, once the job was completed. Each time he has come into our home, he shows both my husband and I respect, as well as leaves our carpets looking new again (even after our home has been a continuous construction zone for over one year!). I’m writing today to describe how happy both my husband and I are at the high quality of work that Kirby has once again provided to us! Our house is looking more like a home again with our newly cleaned carpets! Thank you Carpet Butler!
