+ -1 moreAgain poor quality of cleaning services provided by the different teams provided.
Description of Work: Poor quality of overall cleaning by the teams that were sent to our house. Provided a check for the cleaning that was not in a envelope - the following day someone had paid their cellphone bill ($150.00) using my checking account information and since was the only check that I had written for two weeks. Not that I could prove anything . . .

+ -1 moreThe two ladies showed up I walked them through what I wanted on the priority list to the house. I put my dogs away and told them when ready let me know and I would move them out of the way. They went right to work each taking a section of the list and working through until it was accomplished. They worked just over 4 hours. I was very pleased and loved the clean smell of the home. I would recommend the service to others and will use the service in the future.
Description of Work: I gave a priority list of things I wanted done and a price I did not want to go over. They brought in all their own supplies and equipment. My priority list was as follows: Bathrooms, Kitchen, floors mopped and vacuumed, dusting, lights and fans, both living room and family rooms.

+ -1 moreThe house had dirt and grime stuck on through years of neglect. The kitchen was made to shine, the bathroom, I thought I would need a new toilet, but they made it like new. The tub they scrubbed down completely. The kitchen cabinets were clean enough to see the wood grain. They gave me a hand when I needed some help and I would certainly call on them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned an entire house that probably hadn't been cleaned in years.

They were extremely professional, quick responders and did an amazing job. We were extremly impressed by the quality of cleaning they performed.

+ -1 moreI was recommended to Sparkle and shine about 1 year ago. They came in to do a first time cleaning. They did a wonderful job, very professional job and professional staff. Today I called them asking if they could come on very short notice my wife was out of town and coming home and the house was a mess. They said they could do it today I could not believe it! They showed and knocked it out of the park for me,My wife will be so happy when she comes home... Thanks so much your guys are the best Bobby
