Silly Savings Appliances & Electronics LLC

I was in the market for a used washer and dryer for a rental property. I picked one out and ran a debit card to pay for it. The salesman said that the card did was declined, and perhaps I had entered the wrong pin. I tried again, to be told that the card had again been declined. Next, I pull out another bank card and ran it as credit. This time, it was approved, but with a whopping 2.5% fee for using credit. I told the salesman that I would not pay the fee and would take my business elsewhere. That evening, when I got home, I checked my bank accounts online, and found that I had paid for the washer/dryer set 3 times over. I called the store, and they agreed to write a check, but insisted on keeping the purchase with the credit card fee. My husband and I did go to the store to get the check for what they would give us, but when we arrived, they kicked us out of the store while threatening to call the cops. Now I am suing them in small-claims court. When arriving at the county office to get the court date established, the receptionist told me that I wasn't the first. Stay away from this retailer!!!
