I referred my cousin to Jason Barrow at ReMax last June. He is one of many people I have sent to Jason after buying my house from him in 2005. I have referred several friends and family members to Jason and they all have been well taken care of. Everyone I have sent to him has had nothing but nice things to say and they all have been extremely satisfied with his serice and with remax. Jason always does what he says he is going to do and always keeps in communication, even now, It's been 5 years since I bought my house. I still receive letters, generous thank yous and candy on Halloween personally delivered by him to my doorstep. I would and will continue to send Jason clients and I hope everyone does the same.

It was an awful experience with ReMax with my agent JASON BARROW and his broker NATE BIEHL. After several months of putting up with no communication from Jason and asking several time to be released from my contract because of never hearing from him and his responses to any of my early questions about showing or not having showings was "you need to drop the price" when he was the one that first suggested the price we list it at. I decided to drop the price and I still never heard anything from him when we had a showing. As far as I know he NEVER followed up on any of the showing with the other realtor that showed my house. If I wanted information, I had to contact him. I decided to contact his broker, Nate Biehl. At first he was great and scheduled an appointment and we went over so things on what could be done better to market my house and I felt like he was going to take care of my needs that were not being taken care of with Jason, but then every time that he set an appointment to come out to my house to take pictures, pick up floor plans, act. He called and rescheduled and on the third time he actually stood me up. I waited for 3 hours for him to come before I left a noted on the door that I had to leave. NOT REALLY THE KIND OF SERVICE I EXPECTED FROM A BROKER!! He said that they were doing all that was promised and that my house was being marketed (how come he was coming out to take pictures and pick up floor plans to market it better?) so he would not release me from my contract. Things just went the same for a few months and finally we just accepted an offer and were glad to have that finished up. Things went fine with the inspection, the appraisal and we never heard from him again. He didn't even show up or call for the closing and to pick up the keys for the new buyers. I WOULD NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH JASON BARROW OR REMAX!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE JUST TO PUT A SIGN IN THE YARD, SAVE SOME MONEY AND JUST PUT ONE IN YOURSELF!!
