This was our first experience with Rebath, and it was positive. The initial contact who came to our house was very informative and had discussed in detail what they were going to do for the installation and provided us with examples of the materials to be used. We were looking at a tub to walk in shower conversion for both our master bathroom and our secondary bathroom. We were presented with two quotes, one for each conversion. We selected our master bathroom to see what type of quality of work and workmanship was going to be done before opting for the second bathroom. We were given an estimate on when the installation would take place and 2 weeks before was contacted with the final installation date. The contractor arrived promptly and proceeded with install. They protected all flooring from the front door to the bathrooms with tarps as to not dirty carpeting while doing the work. I was impressed with the two individuals because they never took a break and never seem to stop for lunch. The conversion took two days with only one unexpected problem which was remedy to our complete satisfaction. We will be contacting them in the next few weeks to have the second conversion done as well. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend Rebath.

We are happy to be using Re-Bath of Tri-Cities once again in our new home. We first used them 9 years ago after meeting them at the Yakima Home Show to remodel our Wapato home. Our shower and tub install was well done and definitely stood the test of time. The workers were professional and worked diligently to complete a difficult shower install in two days. We followed the cleaning directions and the daily used shower looked good as new and was a definite plus in selling our home. We can't wait for them to complete our new project and are looking forward to learning more about their remodeling program for our kitchen!

Just got done taking another shower in our beautiful new shower by Re-Bath. We are so grateful to this company for putting a rush order on our job even though they were booked 5 weeks out. My mother 78 injured herself and could not step over the tub to take a shower. It was heartbreaking. But Re-Bath stepped up and gave us a beautiful new shower in a very short time. The installers did a great job. We found a scratch on the back wall panel that was later repaired. Love the new shower as I am unable to get into and out off a normal tub.

I am a disabled veteran. I heard about the VA program that assists veterans with house modifications that make living easier and safer. A representative from Re-bath came to my home and completed all of the application and submitted it to the VA. I mainly worked with Laura through the completion of the project. She was a great help by doing everything she could answer my questions. Laura is very pleasant to work with. The installers were fast and efficient. My new shower looks great and is much safer for me. I would definitely recommend Re-bath to help you with your bathroom remodel.

They did a great job replacing our tub with a walk-in shower. They came as scheduled and did the work and cleanup in one day.

My remodel of my bathroom initially started out for the tub/shower combo to be updated. That turned out absolutely beautiful and was done in just one day as they promised. This included ripping out the 70's style tile on three walls. Neat, clean and very professional young men to work with. The new tub/shower made the rest of the bathroom look dull...so within 2 months I had them back to install new floors, double vanity w/ granite tops, and new baseboards. All done in one day AGAIN, just like they promised. There was no pressure from sales people , they let me pick out just what I wanted and we got exactly what we asked for and on time. The young lady who works in the office is excellent at customer service and always returns your calls. So nice now a days to see that. I have a dream bathroom on an affordable budget. I will have them back when I do my kitchen next year.
