The bathroom is done and it's beautiful. Leo has done an amazing job from start to finish, a job well done with meticulous attention to the details. Additionally, the person who did the drywall tied it in so well you'd never know anything had been done. It's obvious pride is taken in their work. I highly recommend this business. We are enormously pleased with our bathroom remodel by Re-Bath out of Richland. The quality of materials and workmanship exceeded our expectations. Stan, the plumber, was fast, friendly, and efficient. Eduardo, who handled the majority of the installation, was meticulous, knowledgeable, and friendly. As is typical with bathroom remodels, issues arise that would not be foreseeable until the walls are opened up. Eduardo showed his experience and background by quickly resolving these issues, and making the final product a beautiful renovation to our home. Kevin, who installed our shower, and Stan, the plumber both had work ethics that were phenomenal. Their knowledge, professionalism and commitment to this job was really impressive. They were very careful, every time, not to track in dirt when they entered the house. We have used Re-bath before and was very impressed with their knowledge, thoughtfulness to the home owner and that everything was clean when the job was done. We have made several recommendations for Re-bath and am happy to say we will continue to do so.

We have a condo in Chelan that was built in 1986. The bathtub had never been updated. Rebath replaced the tub with a beautiful walk-in shower with clear glass sliding doors. The sales rep was very thorough and transparent. Anna was delightful to work with around scheduling. The installers were pleasant, careful and fast. They left everything clean when finished. Our specs were adhered to completely. In fact, the results exceeded our expectations. We would certainly use Rebath again and can recommend them highly.

Everything from accurate measurements to the excellence of the work done makes recommending them a pleasure to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom .

The crew was always on time, communicated well, and cleaned up everyday. They also made sure we were happy with service. We had ordered a style of backsplash stone that when the grout was applied, turned the stones from white and grey to yellow. The whole backsplash had to be removed and replaced with another selection. It turned out better and more beautiful than the first stone selected. The crew smiled through the whole process but we knew they weren't too keen on demo and replacement. ReBath also installed new sinks and hardware. The kitchen looks beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to call them first for any future projects.

The staff at Re-Bath were amazing! Helped us choose materials, fill out paper work, and came to the house to measure and give us the biggest walk-in shower for our space. The removal of the old tub & shower, new plumbing and install of the new shower was done in one day! Every scrap of old stuff and packing of the new was removed. Jose was very professional installing, explaining the new walk-in shower and leaving it pristine when done. I definitely recommend Re-Bath for your bathroom remodel.

I had to have my bathroom remodeled after water damage to the subfloor, I knew it wasn't an easy job and I dreaded and procrastinated for a long time but at the end thank goodness I found Re-Bath. The whole team, from the salesman to the customer service and especially the crew, was very professional and reliable and they did a very good job, and got the whole project completed as fast as possible. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The project was done way ahead of schedule. The workers who came to do the project were very polite, clean, and efficient. Communication with the company and myself was not the best. Overall I would recommend ReBath for bathroom remodels.

We looked at several of the currently advertised companies and called Re-Bath. Their Rep. came out and gave us a bid that was reasonable. Showed us the product they use and why it has a lifetime warranty. Installation was going to be 3 months out but they came in 2 months. Impressive was the licensed plumber as part of the crew. They showed up on time, removed the old tub and installed the new shower in less than a day. Whole job looks better than we anticipated. We would recommend Re-Bath to anyone.

They are absolutely high up on my list for customer service and price. Geoff and Anna are our points of contact and they have been so helpful through the entire process. We have had a lot of issues with Home Depot and our cabinets so it’s refreshing to work with a local company to get our stone and install work done. We also needed a plumber to do a consult at the last minute and they helped us out to determine our next steps on the project for our fixer upper. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I recently hired Re-Bath of Tri-Cities to remodel two bathrooms and my kitchen and I love the results. Even in the midst of Covid halting my project, they stayed in touch, kept me updated, and as soon as they were allowed, they got right back to work. My installers, Fernando and Felipe, were the nicest guys and they did absolutely beautiful work. They didn t miss a detail and it shows.

We hired RE-BATH to convert our old tub/shower combo to an updated walk in shower. First, we met a consultant to discuss our needs, what we like design wise and our budget. We were able to pick from many styles, colors, designs, and hardware choices. Our consultant walked us through the entire process and did not try to pressure us into anything. He was very professional and made the experience easy. Once our papers were signed the day came for the install. Our installer arrived right on the dot. He explained the process, asked if we had any questions, and got right to work. I was super impressed with how fast the process went. The installer and plumber finished the entire job in one day. Our new shower looks amazing! We are very happy with rhe results. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!
