Erick was wonderful. He introduced himself, went through step by step of what he was going to do and explained what he was looking for. He was very thorough - allowed us to follow him room by room. Any time he found something that wasn't quite right, he would point it out and explain what was wrong. He went through the interior and exterior - it took him about 3 1/2 hours - which may seem long, but when you are buying a house you want to make sure everything works. After he was done with the inspection he worked on his report right there - sent us an electronic version in addition to printing it out for us. He then went through it to explain what he found. He put it all in this nifty binder that you can use as your and quot;house binderand quot; - anything that has to do with your house can go in this binder - utility bills, tax information, appliance warranties, etc., in addition to a and quot;seasonal checklistand quot; to make sure you keep your house in tip top shape. In addition, you get a and quot;Residential Construction and Remodeling Estimatesand quot; brochure - which is also available on their website. We had previously used another inspector for another house we were looking at and we felt he wasn't very thorough. I cannot tell you how happy we were with Pillar to Post - it was such a different experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top-notch professional!! Thank you Erick!

He seemed fine. He went over the house really well. I went with him, and he answered all of the questions I had. I would say he was pretty good. He was right on time.
