Description of Work: We did reach their office for someone to come and give us an estimate. They did not follow through. No call back to schedule the time on the date they had agreed upon. My husband had arranged his work day to meet them in the afternoon and they did not call and did not come . This is very frustrating and so common in the industry. People don't appear to want to work...

Description of Work: Padilla Masonry restored exterior stucco walls to like-new condition following damage due to snow/ice/rain. They were careful and competent and reproduced the original color faithfully. To insure proper matching and to avoid the appearance of a patch they re-stuccoed the entire wall. Their work was included in an overall restoration job.

+ -1 moreWork was started on time. Poured the footings without the required inspection. Took 3 weeks to move from footing stage to setting blocks. When they called for steel inspection the project was placed on hold due to lack of footing inspection. Had to hire an engineer to inspect and approve footings before building inspector would allow the project to continue. The owner made many promises that were not kept. They did not follow the plans that were provided. Had problems with reinforcement placement. A project that should have taken a week at most dragged on for over 6 weeks. Two other contractors were put on hold waiting for this one to finish.
