This contractor was the cheapest out of the four companies that we called and he had done work on a family members fence so we felt comfortable in hiring him. He was quick to respond and the project got started on time and was finished by the estimated due date. Overall I would say that I am ok with the work,not impressed but not upset. There were a few other things but the fence is my biggest problem. Our house was built on a slope, which means on one corner of the house it is sloped down two sides that come to a point. This was not taken into account and now our fence is slanted, which means the gate is shaped like a trapezoid. My husband and I had to dig into the ground I make room for the gate to swing open, as such there is a hole almost from the change in the grade from the slope of our backyard to the one we had to dig out to make room for the gate. Natural beauty did not offer to repair this problem or to help make it look better. Also upon closer inspection while I was painting our fence I noticed several of the boards were rotted and in more than a few places nails had missed te support beam and were sticking through the fence. Lastly, the concrete that the poles were placed into were poured so that there is a slight cup at the base of the pole, meaning they will collect water when it rains and eventually rust through the pole. Overall an ok job I guess. I would say more a handyman job than a professional with how many things were missed. Which makes me Disappointed that I could have probably hired a handy man at half this price to do the same looking job. I guess you get what you pay for.
