The carpenter who did the work was very conscientious and thorough. He went above and beyond the basic repairs and fixed other areas that he noticed.

They did an excellent joy on painting our house exterior, stain on the front fence and back porch. We are so pleased at how the whole project came out. We used a brand new color scheme for the house colors and Samed was very helpful and knowledgeable in advising us on some color choices. He worked very hard to respond to every request we had. He is a good communicator and everything was done on time and as promised. We would definitely hire him again for any home improvement project.

Hard to pick a category. Earlier this year Mr. Perfection Construction painted our house (an excellent job) and this fall we contracted them to add trim around all of our windows. Not shutters, but aesthetically pleasing trim. Turned out beautiful. We've received complements that our house is the most beautiful in our neighborhood, Island Estates. And I believe them. We would, and have, recommended them to several friends.

Did a great job painting the exterior of my house. Job was completed quickly and with great care. Would recommend.

He wants the projects he does to be quality and he does just that, quality work. It was done in a timely matter and it looks amazing. We hired him to repair our roof, to tile our patio and to paint our kitchen cabinets because his work is done so well. I will definitely call him when I need other projects done.

They did call and most of my issues have been solved but I would not recommend this company. They also attempted to install a gutter on one side of the home which leaked down the whole side. I had to have another contractor redo this and fix his mistake.

Great company! They gave us a great deal and finished prepping and painting the entire house in two days. Samed and his team were very friendly and hard working. I will recommend him to everyone!

In addition to the great job done in painting our house I especially appreciated the timely communications from Samed. I would highly recommend them for any painting you need done. This was a large 2-story house. The paint job included our shed in the back-yard and You can the replacement/installation of all gutters. You can see the house at 7708 Wrigley Drive in Pasco.

Quick to respond. Was able to do the work on the same day. They were able to match the existing paint color. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the caulking. It looks sloppy. It was not smoothed out before they painted over it. They were too rushed to get the job done.

Was recommended by family. Very prompt in responding and doing job. Pressure washed house one afternoon then painted house, sheds and short fence the very next day. Good communication and explaining . Very nice and respectful. Quality of work was very good. Don t hesitate to call!!
