Merry Maids of Kennewick

Description of Work: 3 bdrm. 2-1/2 bth. vaccum, mop hard floor, bathrooms, dust. Home 2000 sq ft. 2 adults, no pets, no kids. My problem, 2 nice cleaners but non english speaking. We have lots framed art on walls, they always left crooked, unable to communicate directly to cleaners. Too bad cause they tried hard but it was aggravating for me to try to explain when wanting something changed or done. differently. Kept service a year then decided to stop. We were offered to pay cash, we did, but the office didn't record cash twice so my husband became aggravated because he had to get an accounting from them.

Description of Work: We were quite pleased with the team that came to clean for several months then one of the team members was no longer working for the company. So we were going to "try" another team but unfortunately the team that was to have shown up was more than 1.5 hours late - no telephone call or notification that they were going to be late. So needless to say we "fired" them that day. Was told that the team that was going to be there only had one person working that day.

Description of Work: The first clean with 2 ladies went great, but in the weeks that followed, it went downhill. The problem was not with the ladies but the fact that they were so over scheduled that they didn't have time to move anything or do an adequate job of general cleaning.
