Extremely unimpressed the epoxy kicked within 6 minutes. We followed the instructions perfectly after mixing the part b for a minute and one half as instructed we noticed the epoxy was really warm when pouring into the second bucket for the the 30 second mix after doing 30 seconds it was beyond warm so we started putting it in the smaller containers as fast as we could hopefully to slow do the process by the time we had that done the epoxy was actually smoking as stated it was all over in 6 min. Leggari customer service is great until there’s a problem then becomes nonexistent.

Amazing job! Tim and Tyler were great to work with. They explained the job thoroughly even though it's a pretty complex process. I could not be happier. They were prompt and efficient. The job turned out even better than I imagined. It's one of a kind. I would definitely do business with them again. Besides, they treated my floor as a work of art. It is absolutely beautiful and unique. I had them patch some cracks in my basement floor, level some areas that were starting to sink and then do an epoxy floor over it all. The floor turned out amazing. Whenever people come to visit they always ask who did the work because it's like nothing that you've ever seen before. I have been very pleased by Leggari, I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I had Leggari install an epoxy floor in my basement. About 1800 Square feet.
Regarding my existing large patio with stamped concrete, 2 color, no sealer: The information I received from Leggari, LLC, or should I say sales pitch, assured me their concrete overlay (process) would essentially take the patio back to a blank canvas. Adding a secondary color would provide a new look, renew the "stamped-concrete look", and COVER all previous color imperfections. Tim with Leggari was well aware that my main objective was to cover previous stain lines / marks, as well as, provide a second color (which my original patio had). When all said and done, not only did they not hide (cover) the the existing marks, but rather created additional marks/lines with a large push broom that was used. Driveway: Again I was assured that they could fill an existing crack and essentially make it so faint you would barely see it. In the end, it somehow shows up more than before, and is somehow highlighted. Responding to my dissatisfaction, they drove by the job. Basically i was told that there was nothing they could do - except do another cream colored overly. that's it. No second color. No getting back to it's original look of a 2 tone stamped patio.

Response from Leggari LLC
-First id like to say this review is regarding a REPAIR (something that was not done correctly the first time). It’s not always easy repairing someone else's mistakes, but we do the best we can. -Regarding the crack on the driveway: I CLEARLY explained that I thought I could staple the concrete back together and fill and hide the crack. But I also explained to them that there is NO guarantee the repair would work. here’s the exact stipulation in the bid that i gave them: “*Warranty is a guarantee against product failure and delamination from the concrete slab. No contractor would ever warranty concrete overlayment (or concrete for that matter) against cracking. As a side note, I do believe that we have the best crack filling and hiding process in the industry and the chance of a crack showing back up is highly unlikely, but not impossible. Thanks for understanding, as we cannot control mother nature. All this considered our customers have been very pleased with our work.“ This is also a very surprising blip in the review considering I NEVER CHARGED THEM FOR THIS REPAIR I threw the repair in to help them out. Because it’s such a hard task to try and stitch concrete back together I never felt comfortable charging them for this attempt. -Regarding the back patio: it was a stamped patio in which the guys who stamped it didn't stamp all of the mats or stamped the patio after the concrete was getting too hard. When this happens you get a very uneven stamped pattern, some places are deeper than others and some places weren't stamped at all. They probably just forgot to tamp one of the mats before they moved it. When they colored the concrete the color didn't come out even BECAUSE it was a bad stamp job. As you can imagine, the color will pool in the deep spots that have a good deep stamp and the color won’t pool at all on the areas that were stamped late or not at all, leaving the coloring uneven and in some places lines where the mats were laid down. -Now that you're up to speed, in comes Leggari. We felt that the best option to fix the problem of the discoloring was to use a sprayable concrete overlay. This product was designed just for stamped concrete. Its designed to coat the concrete while maintaing the texture of the stamp. We sprayed the entire concrete slab and brought it back to a single color. This in fact did get rid of the colored lines but they wanted the two tone look that stamped concrete is so popular for (and we agree). When it came to staining the patio to give it that look, to our surprise, the lines all came back. This is not something we anticipated, because its the first BAD stamp job we've used this product on. It was at this point that we realized that the lines were not because someone messed up while staining it originally, they were there because the stamp job was bad and the concrete was not allowing the color to disperse evenly across the whole patio. -This is the part I hate about construction. The plan didn't work! The patio looked like it did when we first got there, same lines, same discoloring. We tried, we failed. This is when I got a phone call from the builder [member name removed] abut her dissatisfaction. We met over there and I explained our ONLY option now is doing a single color on the patio to get rid of the discoloring and lines (that were there from the beginning). She didn't like that because that’s the whole point of having a two-tone stamped patio (and we agree). But considering the fact that we tried the other route means this is the only option. And had we known that the lines were from the stamping and not the staining (learning curve), it would have been the only option from the beginning. It’s frustrating that this review is for the guys that came in and tried to help and not the guys who actually caused the problem but you live and you learn. If they didn't like the patio so much then they should have called us and told us to come back and redo the patio as one solid color still having the texture like we recommended (AND THAT OFFER IS STILL ON THE TABLE AT NO EXTRA COST TO THEM). At no point did I say we wouldn't help them, but they didn't like the only solution left so what can I do?
