+ -1 moreTim Always does a great job. I am a realtor and I always recommenced him to my clients. He is not the 2 hour quick inspection. Tim takes the time required to make sure he does not miss anything that might be wrong with the house. Additionally, he did my personal home inspection and was able to catch details other inspectors would not. I am so pleased with Tim that I am paying him to inspect my selling clients homes before we list so we can make sure they will look flawless to other inspectors. I cannot give Tim enough praise with this small box so please if you have questions you can call me 509 851-3900 and I would happily tell you more of the great work Tim has done for me.
