I called and got Jack, we discussed what I needed to get done and he said he would be out the following day to give an estimate, but would call first. I called on Tuesday, he was to come out on Wednesday and it is now Friday and I still haven't heard anything. Normally, I would write this off as a missed connection, but I saw one other review with a similar concern. Additionally, I had mentioned that I am trying to sell my house and this is something that came up on the house inspection and time was critical for me. I gave a 'D' overall as Jack was pleasant enough to deal with and our phone call went well- just nothing hire because of him not showing up.

Contacted Jack of JM construction regarding a stamped patio. We set up an appointment for an estimate and he didn't show up. After a couple of days he called apologizing that he had an out of town personal issue and was sorry about the missed appointment. So we gave him another chance because we heard good things about his work. He did show up on time for his next meeting and gave us a verbal estimate and some good ideas regarding pattern, color etc.. We liked Jack, he was very personable and gave us a good price estimate. He said he was backed up by a couple of weeks so we made arrangements for a day he and his crew could start. Unfortunately, he again didn't show up. I called him on his cell phone and office phone and got no response. After calling another 2-3 times over the course of the week and leaving messages wondering what happened, Jack finally called us back a week later. He told us he had been in the hospital with an injury, but that he still wanted our business. Feeling sorry for his situation, we again gave him another chance. He told us he or his son would call us in the next week to set up another date so his work crew could begin. He never did get back to us and no one from his business contacted us either.

We asked for estimates for some concrete work around our home. Many of the contractors made appointments and never bothered to show. Jack Morgan of JM Construction not only came when he said he would, but of the bids we received, his was the best. He and his son personally did the work. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone for concrete work. I'll try and post pictures. Again we are very happy with the driveway addition.
