+ -1 moreTerrible, on 7/31 the temperature was 111 and the A/C unit failed. Horst scheduled a install for 8/11 and sent an email the nite before and canceled the install because his wife is jealous of the tenant who lives in the home where the A/C needed replacing. His wife refused to let him do the job even though the tenant would not be home.

Description of Work: Outstanding service. Rather than making our family wait through a baking July weekend Steve came to our house at 6:00 on a Friday afternoon to repair the AC unit at the home we had just moved into. He found and repaired the source of the problems quickly and effectively.

+ -1 moreEXCELLENT! Professional, timely!!! This was the second compnay sent out by American Home Shield - wish it had been the FIRST!!! I don't know there rates but they were very quick, reliable, good communication and effective at getting us our heating back up and running!!! Also this company was referred by a friend and she recommended them highly too!!!

+ -1 moreHorst is the contractor for an AHS Home Warranty we have on the house. They have been out various time in the past three years. Each time they are very professional, friendly and explain all jobs so that we understand what is happening, what needs to be replaced etc. They provide other services that we willuse in the future.
Description of Work: After checking out the system they replaced the Thermostat in the house. The original one was defective. We thought it was a problem with the heat pump or gas furnace but after examining both, it was the thermostat. Great service and it works like a charm now!

+ -1 moreI had these guys out on warranty. Even if it wasn't under warranty, I would still call them. They have been in the area for a long time. They have a good reputation. They called to make the appointment. They came when they said they would. At one point, they called to say they were going to be late, and they were about five minutes late, which was great because I had to come home from work to let them in.
