About us

Guarantee System is family owned and operated and has been doing business for 31 years in the tri-cities area. We currently have 3 full time employees and 2 part time employees. Our carpet cleaning technicians have 35 years, 20 years, and 15 years of experience respectively. We never use subcontractors, and offer residential and commercial services for eastern washington. We offer "Deep Soil Extraction", Upholstery cleaning, Color Repair, Carpet Dyeing, Carpet Repair and Resctretching, Red Stain Removal and Pet Odor Removal. We service Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, and Yakima. All surrounding areas are serviced with a charge for mileage. Our Minimum charge for cleaning is $100.

They did a fantastic job. There were stains in my carpet that I wasn't sure could be removed, but Guarantee System was able to get them out. My dull carpet looks bright and new again.
