 + -1 moreExceptional customer service. Very punctual! We had a time limit for a large party and they met their commitment. The bonus was the team worked extremely well together. There was lots of laughter, and singing! Hard workers with some "whistle while you work" that was entertaining as well as productive. Elite Construction exceeded our expectations!
Description of Work: Prepped, stained, repaired and painted windows, doors, soffits. House had extensive sun damage.

 + 5 moreWe had an architect design the remodel. Once work began it took about five months to complete. No room in the house was untouched. Ours was a big job and fairly complicated but Elite was up to the task. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Description of Work: Elite Renovations completely gutted, remodelled and added 500 sq.ft. to our 1961 rambler in north Richland. The work included framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, windows, hardwood flooring, tile flooring, new kitchen, new baths, new garage, new siding and both exterior and interior painting. Design included a number of out-of-the-ordinary features like curved walls which they executed well.

 + -1 moreThe company only replaced one small portion of the wood. The rest of my requests were not fulfilled. Other professionals have looked at the roof and said that it is bad work. The water runs off the roof behind the drip line. I brought this to their attention and the company had no answer. They could have just replaced the soffit that was causing the water to run off the roof incorrectly. They did try to reconcile the situation by offering to paint my shed for free.
Description of Work: Asked the company to put in new roof, vents, insulation, and new wood.
