It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. At the time, I was working and living abroad, but wanted to experience the house I intended to purchase in as realistic of a way as possible. Larry at Dream Home performed a thorough inspection of the home complete with a video (he wore a head camera for the crawl space portion), and extensive report with photos. He also provided a video that included a walk through tour of the inside and yard areas. It was as if I were walking through the house and yard in person. It was very realistic and quite helpful to get the feel of the flow and layout of the house and helped to make the decision to buy. Larry also performed a structural pest inspection to ensure there were no termites. His reports were very easy to read and understand and the video of the hidden spaces brought it all together. Larry was very easy to work with and quite responsive, which was especially reassuring since I was so far away. He is a true professional and seems to enjoy what he does.
