Culligan Water Conditioning of The Tri-Cities WA

I received a bill for $53 with $19.75 for tax on our service call which we had paid at the time of service plus the next months rent on a unit we had taken out.

We were tired of our plumbing fixtures and sinks having constant hard water spots. We had Culligan install a whole house water softener. After meeting with the salesman and going over the different models and options, we decided to purchase the Culligan High Efficiency unit. Installation went well. The installer showed up on time and was very friendly. We ended up having to have a plumber tap into our water line and install a fresh water loop in the garage for the softener. After this was done the rest of the install was done very quickly by Culligan. The installer went over the operation of the unit with us although it pretty much runs itself and left his number with us in case we had any questions. I have to say the softener has made a huge difference in our water quality. No more white spots on our sinks, dishwasher and dishes. The water from the tap tastes fine ( I had always heard that softened water tasted funny) and I have noticed that my hair and skin feels much softer after showering. Over the years I have heard many of the same comments regarding softened water and I never quite believed them but I have to say that for the most part, the claims are true. I now wished that I had installed one years ago. The Culligan unit is completely automatic and all I have to do is check and add salt periodically. I appears that the salt will last for several months so I anticipate having to add more maybe twice a year. Have been very pleased with my Culligan and the local dealer.

The man that came out initially to go over the system for us was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the guy who installed the system didn't do it correctly and we had to have somebody else come back out to fix it.
