+ -1 moreThey do it by the square footage. They just did some rooms for me. I didn’t have the downstairs done. They did 766 square foot. He was here several hours. I’ve used them for years. Pricing- They’re high, but they do a good job. I’ve used them on rental properties, I have 2.

+ -1 moreI wasn't at all impressed with this company, except that they did come out in a timely manner and Kevin was friendly. Painter spilled paint on my carpet which left an ugly but slight brown stain on my white carpet from the padding, so I called Continental Carpet hoping they could help. I really thought this stain would come up since it was pretty slight but after they cleaned it, brown spot reappeared after it dried 48 hours later. It was a waste of $100! I probably could have cleaned it myself better than that. Also, the charge was astronomical! I recently moved to the area so I don't know if this is standard for this area but where I moved from, $50 for a room of this size is pretty much standard, especially for a spot clean. I really had high hopes for this company since the previous owner of our home recommended them. Bummer!
Description of Work: Spot cleaned a small bedroom in which there was a minor paint spill issue.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job in my living/family room on main floor and also on the stairs. Excellent job on the my pet messes. The basement floor is outdoor carpeting and it didn't turn out as well Seems to be "streaky".

Description of Work: Kevin cleaned all the carpets in my house and did a fantastic job! The carpets were soft and clean and he was able to get out most of the spots. I was amazed at how good my carpets looked. I had put off doing it because I thought it would be extremely expensive, but even with 2 staircases to do it was reasonably priced. I will call him again in the future.
