Description of Work: My computer recently crashed and my computer savvy grandson couldn't figure out what happened. The tech at Columbia Basin NetwOrks was able to unearth the problem and fix it. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them for help in the future.

 + -1 moreVery Smooth transaction. They tech team was really cool and kept me in the loop on everything. They even called me back a week later to make sure everything was still running smoothly.
Description of Work: They back up and performed a complete wipe and clean install of my computer then tuned it to be the Fastest it could be. It was half the price of what Best Buy Quoted me for the same Job, it was a great deal. And they had a super short turn around time.
