Description of Work: We needed service on our main drain in an emergency situation. Clog Busters arrived quickly and performed the job completely and efficiently. The technician was kind, worked hard, and did an excellent job. I will use them next time I am in need.

 + -1 moreIt was pretty expensive. If you have tenants that don't have toilets then you need it fixed now. They did a great job. The only problem was, it was double time on Sunday. Everything was great but it was expensive. They told that this is what the cost is going to be and I needed it done. It only took 20 minutes to do it. They had the equipment to do it and I had to pay for that. They got it done. It was high price because it was Sunday. Their quality was excellent. They were the only ones available.
Description of Work: I used Clog Busters Sewer and Drain Services to fix the drain. I needed somebody to route that.

 + -1 moreKept me well informed of his arrival time and got right to work. Fixed the clogs in our drains pretty easily with large snake tool and didn't leave any mess behind.

 + -1 more9/14/2012 Clean drain in laundry room was about 30 - 45 minutes. Completely satisfied as we have had no more problems with water backup. This cost $129.60 9/21/2012 The chemical down the drain took about 15 minutes total. We were not to use the drain field for at least 8 hours; but we decided to go away and left the chemicals in the drain for over 24 hours. The longer the drain had the chemical with no water flushing through the more effective the treatment. The drain treatment was $140.79
Description of Work: 9/14/2012 A week early we had them clean the drain in the laundry room to the main drain field due to roots. It took them 30-45 minutes to clear the drain. 9/21/2012 We had them come and put chemicals in our drain going to the street -it was clogged with tree roots. The chemicals dissolved the tree roots. The serviceman was very polite and answered my questions. I believe by using this service we saved a lot of money because it would have cost a great deal of money to have the drain dug up and cleaned from the street to the house. Also, they stated the would put us on a list to call in a year's time to see if we needed this service again. We have a very large maple tree in our front yard.

Description of Work: They diagnosed why part of my sewer / drain system was backing up; they then snaked out this section of sewer pipe and got things moving. They also explained why this 55 year old section of sewer pipe was more likely to plug up. They made sense, were friendly and I realize if this clog were to form again I could probably now take care of it on my own. I appreciate that.
